Taste like chips covered in expired oil. I checked the best before date, its until jan 2025 (still 6mth left). After taste is just terrible.
I had to throw away 4 tubs. Never buy from this company.

Delicious and delivered very quickly with no fuss!

Mixed feelings.
Firstly I cannot fault the ordering process, packaging and delivery (DHL)
However, unfortunately the Summer Black Truffles (100gm) that I purchased do not live up to everything that I had hoped for.
All three Truffles are extremely hard, almost impossible to shave using a newly purchased Truffle Shaver, the Truffle crumbles, the black outer nobbly outer surface crumbles leaving what can be likened to coarsely ground black peppercorns. The same when I tried to grate them using my Parmesan grater, dry and hard to grate. Virtually little to no aroma or taste and virtually little to no marbling on the inside.
After many Years of wanting to try fresh Truffle I have been left quite disappointed.
Maybe my order was a genuine mistake, from a retailers point of view it must be difficult to ascertain that every Truffle lives up to both aroma and taste without sampling each and every truffle.
I may try again from another supplier just in case my purchase was indeed possibly old and not entirely fresh Truffles.

Quality product, delivered as promised and promptly

Truffles were disappointing. Lacked strength and flavour even when used immediately. Contacted TH directly and have been ignored. Very poor customer services. 2 stars simply for balsamic, butter and speedy delivery not the actual truffles.

Didn't have much flavour

Good service/delivery of beautiful looking truffles. Smelt wonderful upon opening but, sadly, the proved to have very little flavour. Was hoping for stronger flavour from mid/late season truffles.

Everything delicious only criticism was the crisps were more like high end ready salted. Truffle taste was too subtle.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the experience was top notch. Ordered lunchtime one day, was enjoying it for dinner the next. Carefully packaged, and fantastic product.
