HORRIBLE Customer Service- CC Fraud
I initially heard about this brand from an athlete I follow on social media. He had a link in his bio that had a discount code so I used it and went to the Trumeta website. I ordered 1 buy one get one free bone broth protein. I had to click thru no less than 10 ads when I was trying to purchase it (things like “are you interested in this…” and you have to click no to move on. The price was $45 for buy one get one but I entered my credit card CVV number wrong and it declined it. So I went back and tried again but this time it came up w $89 so I just closed the order and was fine w not getting any product. The next day I get an email saying my product was shipping and I’d been charged $89. I emailed and asked about this because I didn’t want $89 protein. The Customer Service rep said he saw that my order didn’t go thru because my card was decline so it was a mistake and nothing was being shipped. A week later a shipment arrives!!! And I was charged $89!!! I emailed their customer service - replying to the initial email where I was told nothing was being shipped. A diff rep responded and said I could get a refund if I mailed back the product AT MY EXPENSE! I said I would settle w a refund on half since I received 2 bottles but was charged for TWO orders of a buy one get one (which would be 4 bottles). The rep argued that quantity 2 of a buy one get one IS only 2 bottles and I was charged $89 bc that is the price of one bottle. On their website it says 1 bottle is $45. So they are SCAMMING people w a buy one get one and actually charging them for 2 full price bottles AND charging cards when they shouldn’t be AND refusing to make things right. I would never pay $89 for protein. My CCV was entered wrong bc I was trying to remember it from memory so why it was DECLINED but then charged later and a product mailed to me is not right. I would have cancelled the order when I saw it was
UPDATE: Trumeta issued the partial refund. But only after posting to Trust Pilot. Not during the MULTIPLE emails to their reps.

I’m a Personal Trainer. I really enjoyed the taste and I felt energized all day while training clients! I was less hungry and I also noticed it helped my digestion! It helped me have a better workout and I just felt stronger throughout my body !!

Your mush-coffee is good
Your mush-coffee is good, however your shipping needs to improve cause it sucks. On your web site you state that the delivery time 2-3 days.
My first order took 8 days to arrive. The 2nd order was places on Nov. 21st 2024, it was promesed to be delivered by Nov. 26 2024
Today is Dec. 4 2024 and the tracking still showing as running late.

it is a very natural taste

Tastes great and helps boost energy levels
