Great delivery and communication. Mat shed a lot of black fluff for a while but after vacuuming seems ok. Only time will tell how durable it is as early days. Very satisfied at present.

A costly protector mat, but well worth the money!
I replaced an old carpet-protection mat with a top-rated polycarbonate claw-backed rectangular mat from Trusted Mats. It was more expensive than other offerings but, boy oh boy, what a mat! It doesn't move once it's down and I'm in my chair, and the castors on the chair move smoothly over the surface. The mat lies dead flat on the carpet, no curled edges to cause a trip. I can't fault this mat. It's superior to the mat it replaced; well worth the extra cost.

Thank you, Ben — what a fantastic review.
We’re really pleased to hear the polycarbonate chair mat has lived up to its reputation. The claw‑backed design is made exactly for that firm grip on carpet, and the rigid polycarbonate helps it stay perfectly flat so you don’t get the curling or movement you experienced with your old mat. It’s great to know it’s already making such a difference to your workspace.
If you ever need another mat for a different room or setup, we’d be delighted to help again.
