Great delivery and communication. Mat shed a lot of black fluff for a while but after vacuuming seems ok. Only time will tell how durable it is as early days. Very satisfied at present.

Excellent, Chair Mat Polycarbonate with Lip
Chair Mat Polycarbonate with Lip - 89 x 119cm
Returning customer.
This is an excellent office chair floor mat, having tried loads of others, this has been the only one that doesn’t break or crack immediately, the previous one I bought also from here, lasted for over 4 years of constant use, which is very good considering the heavy chair and being used for several hours a day, its real value for money as well.
Very fast shipping and delivery as well.
I would and do highly recommend it.

Thank you for the fantastic 5‑star review, and for coming back to us again — we really appreciate it. It’s great to hear that the polycarbonate chair mat has served you so well. These mats are designed to withstand heavy, everyday use without cracking, so knowing your last one lasted over four years under a heavy chair is exactly what we like to hear.
We’re also glad the fast shipping hit the mark. Thank you for recommending us — it genuinely means a lot.

Hi Jack,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m really pleased to hear that the ordering process was straightforward and that you’re happy with the quality of the Premium Coir Matting.
I’m genuinely sorry about the delivery issues you experienced. More remote areas like IV12 can sometimes require handover to a specialist courier, and on this occasion they unfortunately let us down. I reached out personally by phone and email to try to get things moving as quickly as possible, and I appreciate your patience while we chased the carriers. We’ve passed your feedback on to them and will continue pushing for better reliability in these areas.
If you need any further help with your mat or future projects, we’ll be here and happy to assist.
