Didn’t dispatch as advertised
TrustedPPE advertise that orders placed by 4pm will be dispatched the same day. This didn’t happen with my order which, combined with the new year day bank holiday, meant that the masks I had ordered arrived to use on a flight did not arrive until after we had left on holiday. The masks themselves seem ok.

Do not have my test certificate
Do not have my test certificate, been over 24 hours, plus the website crashed and did not ask my my results
Had to allow extra time at the airport for a second test to get the cetertificaye needed to travel.
Very disappointing.
