Trusty Pet Supplies is a family run business based in Derby since 1999. Consisting of 3 generations of family, we have over 50 years experience in the pet trade. We offer pet food, pet toys and pet supplies both on our website and from our Derby Shop.

Delivery is terrible

Terrible customer service, they do not reply to messages. Multiple times I have ordered and have not received the order and have had to chase their excuse is the courier has lost it which is wearing a bit thin now. Trying to support a small business but will not be using this company again.

We’ve checked your account and can see you’ve been a valued customer with 20+ successful orders in the past, so it’s especially disappointing that your last two deliveries have let you down. We did respond to your email in less than 24 hours, but we understand that doesn’t make up for the frustration caused.

Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some ongoing issues with our delivery partner, DPD, which have impacted a small number of orders. That said, we take full responsibility for your experience and are actively working to prevent this from happening again, with a new order being sent today to be with you on Saturday.
