Unfortunately I can’t give no stars. This is a ripoff company. Product wasn’t as described, not worth the money I paid. Don’t buy☹️

This is an absolute scam
I bought 2 x koala bears for my grandchildren they were both not fit for purpose . The quality wasn’t even as good as free gifts at a fairground and I paid £72.33
They also did not work .

Trying to get a refund has caused dats and days of e mails with them disputing this and that and finally after several attempts at stalling me they have said I have to return them to CHINA. Thus is outrageous . Where are the safety protocols for online purchase luckily I purchased on my credit card and now take the matter up with them .

This company is absolute trash! They sell garbage products and then when they do not perform like they should, they will not give you a refund. Avoid at all cost! Here is my back and forth with them:

I bought wireless music goggles and I want to return them. My wife tried them out and the headphones hurt her ears. She sleeps on her side like the girl from your advertising picture, however where the speakers are digs into her ears when she tries to sleep. What is the return process?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, there is not a defect to the product. It is just a design flaw. If you want to understand the dilemma, try putting the mask on and then rolling over on your side. You will feel the speakers pushing into your ear. It’s just not comfortable, and anyone who sleeps on their side will be unable to sleep with it. No video required. Please just send a return label so I can return this to you.

No thank you, I would like a complete refund 100% and a barcode for shipping. It’s not my fault that your product does not work as advertised. Anything else and I will write a long review about how you do not stand behind your products. I will say exactly how bad this product is and put it everywhere. Update:
After more weeks of banter they offered to give me a full refund but I had to send back the product and pay for shipping which cost almost as much as I paid for it. I called my credit card company and they settled things for me.
Trutonica is absolute trash! Avoid them!

Ordered the rock bot from them paying extra for secure damage proof packaging. It arrived damaged and was of disgusting cheap quality. Small plastic thing that would not stand and light was pathetic. Complained and was offered a full refund if I returned it to China for destruction. Cost of this would have been £23.19. They have a London address and I said I could send it there for distraction but they refused. They then said I could keep it and they would refund 40%.
Total rip off and definitely a scam company. Have since seen many other products offered by them. Go ahead and buy if you want lose money. You will not get your hard earned back. The products seem to be cheap junk from China. Photos look good but don’t be fooled.

The video promises much. The product delivers very little. A box of matches would give more light. At £35, this is a cheap nasty product and useless as a safety light when walking early morning or late evening. It doesn't even focus the beam. I will use my other flashlights - they are safer.

I placed an order, but changed my mind. I contacted customer services, and had a refund in no time. Great customer service.

Terrible Quality!
Perspex instead of glass, covered in a plastic film that I had to pick off with tweezers. Card with glass birds was bent. Looks so disappointing. I bought this for my aunt’s 80th birthday as she loves coloured glass. Charged £29.99 - the parts (which I had to assemble) probably cost £3!

Ordered a Bluetooth sleep headband, ironically, to replace a cheaper, low quality one I’d bought and returned from elsewhere. The tracking information was very good and though it took a little while the product arrived safely. It is utter junk!! Poorly made, very low quality and definitely not worth the money. I should have kept the first one! Read and trust the reviews. Do NOT buy from this company.

Stupid me didn't check the company first, thinking they were legit ordered the hair straighter. I think Google should takedown this site down as it's seems you don't get the product you order, I'm still waiting and doubt I ever will receive. Please please do not buy from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!! Ordered Precision Bass Mic Rockbot. They sent wrong one. Which seems the norm from previous comments i have now read! I have disputed, but they claim to have sent the correct order. Have now raised claim on credit card.

They will not replace faulty goods,if any one gets the chance to read this tx,please shop with a reputable company, not these cowboys.

Ordered a bass mic rockbot from this business. There was a clear choice between electric guitar, acoustic guitar and bass. They sent me an electric guitar one, no good as this was a present for a bass player!! Will not accept their mistake and now want me to post back (not covered), for a full review. Does not make sense as postage is more than the item!! Do not - I repeat - do not buy from this company!!!!

Absolutely dreadful company will not give a refund even if the item is faulty.Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a Rockbot with a bass guitar and was sent the product with what looks like random 6 string guitar, but definitely not to scale. I have emailed them 4 times and have been offered 15% and then 30% back to keep the item, which I do not want to do! They do not accept responsibility for their error, even though they sent me a picture of the product I had ordered. I would not order from this outfit as they have no honour, which is unusual for a Chinese firm.

I also bought the strimmer head which was diffreent to the one on the video. I WISH I HAD READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS. I am in the middle of trying to return the item which is a painful process and echoes
the reviews below about Trutronica offering a percentage discount and the 'give the item to charity'. They should be called ConTronica, not TruTronica. I wish they could be REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS as unfortunately more and more people are going to be tricked.

Purchased a wire strimmer which does NOT fit all trimmers as stated on their website. I told them that it does not fit either of my Bosch or Ryobi trimmers & want a full refund. They are now offering 30% refund & I can keep the product. I said NO! Why would I want what is virtually scrap metal! Sent photo of the unused product (as requested). They are also saying that they do not issue prepaid labels for returns! Do they think I will pay to return it to China? No way! They conned me & plenty others!
