If I could give less than 1 star

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I never received my original order of over $100 from February 2026. This came to my attention when the first “subscription” order processed. Despite repeated emails to the company and requests for a refund of my original purchase cost, the only response I get is that they are “actively investigating” the issue. The product never worked for my two dogs (I used all the subscription order sent). The only option was to “pause” the order so no more product was sent. Don’t waste your time and money.

Impossible to get a refund

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for almost 5 months and just keep getting told it’s been escalated or they are looking into it. Would not recommend at all, if there are any problems you aren’t going to get any help. What a scam.

Avoid

Avoid — product made my dog ill and appalling customer service

I purchased CalmAxis chews for my dog, which made her ill shortly after taking them. When I contacted CanisLabs for a refund, they promised to send a returns label. That was six weeks ago and nothing has arrived despite repeated follow-ups.

Customer service is virtually non-existent — responses are slow, unhelpful, and nothing ever gets resolved. I’ve now had to go through my bank to recover my money.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this company entirely. When something goes wrong, they simply don’t follow through.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered in February, account was debited in March still not received. After numerous emails to the company they claim they have been held at US customs but that is not my fault and company refuses to refund.

1 star or less.

1 star. Only because you cant give less. Run away if you are reading this. I have never received my initial order. Will not refund. I did receive the second autoship order. It doesnt do what the ads say. My dog is the same after several weeks. I have asked for a refund for both based on their 90 day gaurantee. They say they will refund in emails, but never do. Its been 10 days. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Save yourself.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! I have a dog who is a very picky eater and has food insensitivities. I bought the unflavored and he would not eat them. I tried breaking them ip and crushing them in his food. He would not eat them. I requested to return and refund. The company makes you jump through hoops trying different things and taking photos. Once you do all the things they tell you they have to send your request to another department. They don’t get back to so I sent another request and the next representative claims to be the customer service manager and wants you to do all the things again. Then they tell you, again, they are sending your request for refund for review. I don't think they have any intention of refunding my money. I have never experienced so much difficulty trying to return a product.

Never received the product

Never received the product. Was told it’s made in the USA but it’s stuck in customs? It’s taken over 2 months to get someone to “look into” for a refund!

If it were possible to give negative…

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I ordered this product over two months ago and have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company several times requesting a refund only to be told that the product was on the way so a refund was not possible. Last time I was told that the the product was stuck in customs and that I would have to contact customs to get it unstuck. I questioned this because their website says that their main distribution center is in the US. This company is a total scam and I am embarrassed that I fell for it.

**Originally, I accidentally reviewed the wrong company. I meant THIS company - TryCanisLabs.com, the so-called pet supplement company. They are the ones that are a scam.**
