If I could give less than 1 star
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I never received my original order of over $100 from February 2026. This came to my attention when the first “subscription” order processed. Despite repeated emails to the company and requests for a refund of my original purchase cost, the only response I get is that they are “actively investigating” the issue. The product never worked for my two dogs (I used all the subscription order sent). The only option was to “pause” the order so no more product was sent. Don’t waste your time and money.
