Unexpected delay but customer service outstanding

It arrived as promised, finally. I was really impressed when I got the 2nd email saying it didn’t pass quality standards and inspection and was being delayed. Then with the delay of about 3-4 weeks they will be sending additional items for my purchase at no extra charge. (This in itself is excellent customer service!) Then they sent updates on delivery and what to do when I finally get my product. If I ever thought of canceling my purchase these steps deterred me! Now I was excited that I made the right choice.

I've had my purchase about a week and it's making a difference even in this short period of time. It's doing exactly as promised and according to their guidelines.

Brace doesn’t work!

If this is NOT a scam, please contact me. The brace doesn’t work!! I bought the brace and extra pads. I waited 3 weeks for the delivery. Now to find a company contact is not possible. “ if not satisfied your money will be refunded guaranteed. My money back please. Will be glad to send it back.

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!!! This company does not want to authorize returns!! DO NOT BUY these Knee Braces! They do not work and I called immediately after opening to start a return and they’ve been giving me the run around for weeks. Still NO Resolution! They don’t care about customer service. Please do not buy from them they are a total scam!

No refund as promised

I requested a refund for two knee braces that did not fit. I provided the requested proof in photos and thought we came to an agreement. They wanted me to keep them for 1/2 refund or send to international address at my expense. Their full refund policy if not satisfied is totally bogus. Have been dealing with this for two months and now they are ghosting me.

I ordered one knee sleeve for 149.00…

I ordered one knee sleeve for 149.00 then the bill on shop showed over 400,00. ! You can’t call these people, I called affirm, my package was in shambles but I was anxious to get it, looks like part of the pieces are missing. ,I just wanted attention to return this mess, please help me!
