I really enjoy Fi! We have had no problems with the functionality and usage of the app. It seems to track everything very well and provide great insights. The battery life is awesome! The only downside is the collar that comes with the device does capture and hold dirt. While it is a strong collar, it is not a material that is easy to clean so I would not recommend keeping it for long if your dog is active outside. Luckily, they partner with lots of brands to make collars that support the device (they are just pricey!).

I was skeptical about buying a GPS collar for my newest rescue, but I really like it. Not only does it provide peace of mind if my golden were to get loose, but it is a great tool to help me measure how far we are walking. She needs to lose a few pounds to get to a healthy weight and her GPS tells me whether we are meeting our daily walking goals.

We love to see the amount of exercise and steps our dog is getting, plus knowing where he is at all times…safe and sound

I was skeptical but we love and are so grateful for our Fi collar! Almost immediately, we were motivated to get his step count up, and when we traveled abroad, it was an easy way to check on if his allergies were flaring (scratching) or if he was upset enough to stage a hunger strike (he was 😭). The only complaint I have is that there aren’t enough designs (a lot of the third party websites crash so we bought extra collars only from Fi). I truly think this will help our pup live a longer, healthier, happier life.

My dog was recently very sick and almost didn't make it , he still struggles with his health so it's nice to see his progress everyday wether is his steps we are watching for but super helpful with activity level and his intake of food and water .

I purchased mainly for the tracking in case my dog got lost. Luckily I he has not gotten lost. I enjoy the community and the step tracking.

We recently rescued a our boy and we decided that we needed a tracking device in the event he got off the leash. Fi was the best investment. It gives very specific locations when outside of the geofenced area. You can set multiple geofences. The health metrics are incredible and a great bonus.

Love our Fi collars. We have previously used a different tracker and this is far superior. Zero problems, accurate in location and monitoring activity. Could not be more pleased!

I love the device and the software, but the collar that comes with it is not very durable my dog broke the buckle.

Works great but I'm concerned about the wi-fi on her neck for 24 hours a day. Even though they back it with FCC approval, I've used an EMF meter and it runs very high (5x normal.) I've put an EMF blocker on it, but it didn't do that much so I'm only using it when we go off leash so I can find her.

Really good for my husky. I’m able to keep track of him and also he has ran 2 times on me. Both those times he has had his fi attached and I was able to find him in under 10 minutes.

We have absolutely love this collar. Our dog doesn’t notice it at all but the data is incredible. It really helps you learn your dog & their behaviors. Our vet appointments are far more pointed and we love that it’s like an Oura Ring for our dog. It holds a charge very well. We charge it every few weeks. We’ve had it since August 2025.

Fi knows where my dog is at all times. Let’s me know in real time. And records every single walk and apparently keeps the walks forever.

Perfect tracker for our miniature poodle! All and light, attaches to any of her collars, and the tracking is very responsive and accurate! It’s given me great peace of mind.

I really enjoy having this collar, it gives me a piece of mind.
