The ESSENTIAL CARE PLAN took a bit of reading, but I got it started on my own. I did not need to contact the store. It is usable once set up, although the first steps were not obvious. Fine for now, but it did not feel especially straightforward to begin wtih at all

I bought the hearing aids for my lovely girlfriend/wife, of 40 years together. I was tired of saying everything 2-3 times, and watch television with her, where I had to wear earplugs because of the painfully loud volume. My gal is going slow, getting used to all the sounds she has been missing over the years. She was very surprised at the things she could hear, that she had been unaware of. She said she can hear her feet when she walks, haha! We are slowly getting used to adjusting the hearing aids, but she can hear much, much better with them. I am getting good exercise, now having to leave the room to fart, hahaha! I am quite happy with my honeys progress!
