Junk, size fits, color fades and doesn’t always track sleep

I had to interact with customer service for over a month to get my brand new ring troubleshooted because it wouldnt hold a charge. They advertise them to last 5 days but mine wouldnt last more than a day. I didn't get to use it enough to really see how it works so I can't make any comments there.

I ordered and received the ring and all contents in the package on time. Set up and connecting was easy. So far the first day it works well. Will update if needed.
Ive seen lots of scam reviews but im confused?

I ordered 1ring size was off so they let me buy another for 50% off and now I see why it won’t track my steps I contacted them - nothing! DONT BUY this ring!

I have been getting the run around with this company. I ordered a ring didn’t work, took them weeks to get it straight, ordered me another and got that one and it doesn’t work. I have tried all troubleshooting problems and have asked them to send me a replacement ASAP which they won’t. I’m not wasting no more money with this company y. I have called and called them no answers or no calls back!!! Worst company ever! Take my business elsewhere!!

I received a faulty ring and have been requesting for a refund for over 2 weeks. I have opened a case with PayPal yet seller refuses to provide feedback via payment method and is demanding I close the dispute.

I ordered two rings from them and only received one ring. I reached out to them as soon as the order was received, called and nothing! Getting a response from this company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! They don’t respond, they don’t take accountability for their actions and are just TERRIBLE! You would think a company would answer during business hours but nope!

If I could give a negative star, I would I waited two weeks for this item to come from China and when it was delivered, it was stolen. I was told by the company that since the delivery company GOFO said that it was delivered successfully I have no recourse I could not get a refund or replacement. Please use another company and do not use this company because customer service is trash.

I can’t rate how the ring works because I never received it. Customer service was less than helpful; making excuses and making me wait for a refund. I will definitely not be recommending Halo ring to anyone.

My ring fits perfectly but if I move my hand, it says I took a step. It says I have 1900 steps this morning but my other smart ring says I have only 100 steps how’s that accurate? I could move my hand I could do my hair and it says that I’ve taken over 100 steps so I think the step is wrong and the thing I don’t understand is the temperature it’s in the negatives for some reason not like a normal temperature like to know what your actual temp of your body is is confusing to me so some of the stuff on here is confusing to me. It doesn’t make sense and my other ring may not be accurate but this one something isn’t right.

I ordered my ring directly from their website. I used their measuring guide for the ring size. The ring I received was way too big so I am now waiting for another ring after I waited over a month for the first ring they never did send me the rapid charging station that I paid extra for they were also supposed to send a dainty ring in an Angelica ring in the correct size which they never did I have tried contacting customer service. They are a joke. I don’t know if I ever will get this resolved. It is like running circles with this company!! I also paid for a lifetime warranty on their product, which I’m sure is also going to be a joke if and when I ever actually receive my products!!

Waiting 3 weeks to receive what was supposed to be halo ring 4 but it arrived in a halo ring 3 box. They said it’s the 4 but they didn’t have enough boxes so they sent it in a 3 box. Wtf!! Only thing that they are providing is a 50% refund. This is such a scam. The app that is used for it has the worse review too. I wish I did my research.

Very dissatisfied. I received my smart ring yesterday and attempted to charge it in three different outlets with both the separate charging case that I bought and the charger that it came with and neither one would charge the ring. It just keeps blinking red. I’ve tried to reset it like I researched, and it suggested, however, nothing worked. I reached out to support and the only thing that they would offer me is to pay to send it back and pay to restock it or give me 50% off to order another one. I just wanted a refund since I received a defective item. Very pissed at their shitty customer service. 30 day money back guarantee? False advertisement.

The ring looks very nice. The app was easy to install although, you need to manually enter information such as your blood pressure, etc. the ring does not collect the data as you would be led to believe. I ordered this ring because they ran a promotional offer receiving three free gifts, enhancers and silicon band cover to protect the band. I did not receive these. I contacted the company and it is a bait and switch. They do not send the free offers. They make up excuses as they ran out of stock and you are not guaranteed the free gifts. As for how well the ring works, I haven’t used it long enough to make a knowledgeable determination. I would say, BUYER BE WARE!

Buyer beware!

After waiting two weeks for my ring to arrive, I set it up and wore it alongside my Apple Watch to compare the data. The first night, the ring only recorded about two hours of sleep. The second night, I moved it to a tighter-fitting finger, but the results still weren't anywhere close to what my Apple Watch recorded.

I contacted customer service and followed all of their troubleshooting steps. After that, they asked me to send a video showing the problem. I explained that a video wouldn't demonstrate the issue and that I simply wanted to return the ring and receive a refund. They eventually provided a return address, but when I looked it up online, it appeared to be a residential home rather than a business address. At that point, I decided to cut my losses instead of sending it back.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company or this ring. If you're considering buying one, I suggest looking at other options first.

If I could give negative stars I would. My ring worked for less than a month. For over a month I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and have yet to receive a new ring or a refund.

They make you send a ton of videos and pictures proving it doesn’t work and then continue to do nothing while they “review” the extremely obvious.

Do not waste a CENT with these repulsive scumbag scammers.

I love the ring, although its bigger than I expected. I gave yet to get a full charge on it. It was charging for 6 hours and still showing red.

Tried on multiple occasions to get a ring that works - i bought 2 rings - one works and the other does not - no matter what app we tried. Halo required me to send a video of me charging the ring and trying the app - i dont have time for this nonsense. why would i want to keep one ring and not the other - will never purchase from them again

There is no 30 day warranty. At most they will charge you 20% "restocking" fee. Unfortuantely, they will not be around long.

Received my pink Halo ring and connected it to the charger and it only charged for under a minute and stops charging!! Charged it over night and in the morning it was still at 0%
Contacted the support team and was asked to send a few pictures and a video of connecting it to the charger and showing that it stops charging under a minute.
Getting VERY FRUSTRATED with this company and how they treat their customers. I have not heard anything back from them about what can be done or help with returning this piece of CRAP ring!
I would never buy from them again!
I have also purchased the Olevra smart ring and it works great and guess what? It works unlike the Halo ring!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
