Do not use this company it is a rip off of the products they and they are really bad cheap quality... I thought I was buying the shower head in the video, I ended up with some cheap copy and now I want to return and they are telling me that I can't return to the now knowing fake address in London.

A complete rip off as I ordered a posture corrector as have lower back issues. When arrived it was too small. When asked for a refund offered 10% then 15% now not even returning emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

Do not buy from this company. They claim to have a UK address but you have to return items to China. They are very reluctant to accept any kind of return. The product is not good. Overall very misleading.

I purchased a shower head in good faith. The item I received came in an open box with no instructions. The shower didn't work how advertised. I was extremely disappointed. I asked for a refund was offered 10% after declining was offered 15%. In order to receive a full refund I am expected to send item back to China for a cost of the product it's self!! Absolute scam 😡

Bought a 3xl back brace which when it can was lucky it would fit a medium sized uk person. Contacted the firm to send back and only then was I made aware it would have to be sent back to china which was going to cost nearly 60 percent of the overall cost which I had paid for the item. Only ended up getting 4.79 uk pounds back for an item which cost me 32 uk pounds.
They should make it clearer on the website around items coming from china and the return address is not uk based but in china

Don’t be fooled by the UK address on the website or the social media ads. This is a Chinese direct seller. When I complained about the flimsy shower heads I ordered they offered a refund minus tracked postage to China. Obviously not worth it. Terrible customer service and plasticky awful products. I should have known better.
