Misleading Product, Missing Items, and No Respon
I ordered two Pure Joy Complete Cleanse Kits, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I received one single bottle of a completely different product called “Para Hanen.” The products I ordered were not delivered.
I contacted the company to request a refund, return the incorrect product, and cancel any subscription associated with my order. My email to their support address resulted in an email failure/delivery notice, and I also tried contacting them through their website. I have received no response.
I was also concerned to discover that the purchase involves a recurring subscription, yet I could not find a clear and straightforward way to cancel it.
Another concern is that the package I received was shipped from China, even though the company appeared to me to be an American company when I placed the order. This was not something I was expecting when purchasing a product intended to be consumed by children.
I have photographs of the product and packaging, my order confirmation, and evidence of my attempts to contact the company.
I am now disputing the transaction with my payment provider because I did not receive the products I ordered and the company has not responded to my attempts to resolve the issue.
⚠️ I would strongly recommend researching this company carefully before placing an order. My experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
