Smoke does not “trickle” down. Cones DO NOT create any type of “waterfall” effect, and ALL scents smell like a straight up campfire 🔥 I can’t even re-gift this, it’s so bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I am glad to hear all of the negative reviews, I ordered the product a year ago, the incense smells terrible, it does not smell anything like the scents, this is truly a scam and they need to be report to the Better Business Bureau and taken off the market.

i ordered the waterfall witch was suppose to come with 100 free cones .Never got the cones they basically said too bad this company SUCKS and should not be in business.PLEASE BEWARW DON;T BE FOOLED

I only burned it a couple times and nothing smelled like it. It only smelled like a campfire and was over powering.it made my smoke detector go off in my room. It then took forever to get the smell out of the house. I felt like I was gagging because all it did was smell like campfire smoke and the smoke never did a waterfall

Horrible product!! The incense stink and their is no waterfall!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

Junk!!!! No refund either!! Came to me in 2 months after my order as well. It does not work and is only worth 5.00. ( for the price of the incense) Do NOT purchase!!!plus it came very late I phoned the company to mention where was it and was hung up on. Then, I phoned several times to have my money returned and told I would and it was Never refunded. Bad Business. Would let people know not to order this cheap item and poor business!

The scent smell but the smoke does not go down the waterfall what can I do?

Once I ordered there wasno order confirmation sent to me. The contact phone number does not go to anyone. My emails are not returned.

BEWARE! I cancelled my order immediately. They automatically set you up for refills costing approximately $65 per month. When I called they continued to up sell me. They did refund my money thank you. I refuse to do business with companies like this. I find their tactics to be shady and miss leading. Had I not used PayPal and been immediately notified of an additional $65 charge. (Which continues monthly) I would have found the charge a month later. Not cool! How many people will fall for this. BEWARE!

Complete scam charged me for two didn't received them then ordered 2 from temu and they stunk up my house with a horrible smell. Then no number to call for a customer service refund.
