It’s not for me.
Unfortunately I had to give up taking them after 3 weeks due to bouts of nausea and terrible fatigue in the evenings, which I hadn’t felt before starting zapply.
For the record I think my body doesn’t like either shilajit or ashwaganda as opposed to there being anything wrong with your product.

I'm still within my first month of taking Zapply but I do think I am feeling the benefits - I'm feeling more energetic at times that previously I believe I'd be exhausted. Got 6 months worth so will be keeping track along the way - start rating may well go up or down!

Does exactly what it says on the tin
Does exactly what it says on the tin, great product, great service and honestly does as described.
Nearing my 50's and always been and still active daily. Not quite a month into the course yet but must say results are noticeable, more energy better rest and I do feel like my body is firming a little. I do feel a little naucios if I take them without food but it does clearly recommend that you have them with food. Overall a positive experience do far

I've only given 4 stars as I've only…
I've only given 4 stars as I've only been taking it for a month now, so I don't have full expected results as yet.
I am a 40 something looking 55 year old with decent physique and muscle mass, and I do take other additional products alongside the T1, I have noticed night sweats that have appeared, (but again ive not had chance to work out if this is attributed to the T1 or other things) I have slightly changed my diet so once I revert back to my original very strict diet we will know with much certainty what is causing this and I will update as necessary. But for the most part it seems to be at the very least, sustaining how I feel if not, making a slight improvement in energy and libido. But again I didn't expect a miracle after a month. Delivery was on time so no issues there. I will re-review in another 2-3 months with my actual full rating, but for now I have already recommended to my cohort and a few have just started on them. More to come.........

I’ve now completed the first month
I’ve now completed the first month, and unfortunately I haven’t seen any noticeable improvement. Based on the description, I expected measurable changes, but so far everything feels the same as before.
I purchased three months in total to give it a fair chance, but at this stage I’m not particularly impressed. I was hoping to see some tangible results or at least some indication that the service was making a difference. At the moment, I’m struggling to justify the value.
Before I make any decisions about continuing, I’d appreciate some clarity on what improvements I should realistically expect and whether there’s anything that can be adjusted to deliver better results over the remaining period.
