Made a purchase after seeing items on social media. Went to the website itself. Something didn't seem right, so I contacted them by email. They answered that all was good and I should expect a shipping confirmation shortly. I did and thought all was good. A few days later, they shipping info came back to nothing and the Tryzovira website was not accessible!!! All the clues of a scam. Contacted my CC company and filed a complaint for refund. Just another scam company!

The product was tiny no instructions on how to assemble and was battery not solar it did not match the discription at all they gave me 2 options.
It cost £40.00 they offered a 13 dollar refund or to return at my expense to China not USA to get a full refund less postage they also claimed it had cost them money to send it ? yet they charged me £10.00 delivery ?DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I recently purchased a Halloween Soul Harvester Animated Garden Light from Tryzovira, and the experience has been absolutely disgraceful!
The product advertised on their website shows an impressive Halloween decoration being lifted out of a large box, which, once assembled, stands approximately 6 feet tall. Naturally, this is what I expected to receive! Instead, my order arrived in a box smaller than an A4 sheet of paper!The content were absolutely nothing like the product shown or described on their website. The difference was so astonishing that I was genuinely shocked when I opened the package! This is, in my opinion, is a blatant and utterly unacceptable example of misleading advertising. The product images and description create an expectation that bears no resemblance to what is actually delivered. It is completely unacceptable for customers to be enticed into making a purchase under such misleading circumstances.To make matters worse, I have sent several emails to their advertised customer support address, and have received absolutely no response! The complete lack of communication only adds insult to injury and demonstrates a shocking disregard for customers. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and the way this company appears to treat its customers. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from Tryzovira to think twice before handing over your money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.Avoid Tryzovira and check carefully before ordering, and do not make the same mistake I did!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered the Halloween Soul Harvester, and what arrived looked nothing like the advert. No instructions, clanging around in a box. Cheap tat - AVOID!

Ordered what was meant to be a life sized light up witch for the garden. It was absolute rubbish, the lights didnt even work. Clear case of false advertisement. Do not waste your money with these scammers

Not as advertised do not buy not solar powered came with stickers and a load of tat like a blackpool lucky pound dip spent 60 quid on two items

Add came up on Facebook advertising Halloween decorations it was a 3 to 4ft pirate skeleton along with other ones you can choose from, I picked the pirate. It's supposed to be a solid garden decoration holding a solar powered lantern. What came was a cardboard cut out with a lantern that was bigger than the cut out , the cardboard cut out is about 20cm tall if that , the lantern isn't even solar powered, I paid £30 for this piece of tatt , avoid this company at all costs!! The add and written description is completely incorrect for what I received.
