1. The product display on ttmart site is very big and spectrum is wide. I found things i didnt know about. In terms of new releses, the wishes of the community are taken in consideration.
2. The community is amazing, it got that childhood vibe. When I traded kindersurprise and sailormoon/pokemon chips. People are polite, and I like that you can watch dynamic and dopamine-filled live broadcast and also one can "hunt" a specific design, no problem.
3. Ultimately ttmart is a big living organism that breaths, loves, cares for each other and grows with every new member. Thank one of the sisters who invited me and showed me the ropes so to say! ^_^

Great experience
I've made several purchases on here and all have been perfect. They don't ship with boxes, unless you pay extra, but that's clear from their website. Everything is sent out in a rigid cardboard box, and tracking is easy. I'm UK based, and I've found shipping time to be exactly as expected for a parcel travelling such a long way. They have a dedicated Customer Service contact number, and it is responsive. Absolutely recommend.

As a community-driven platform focused on trendy toys, we have close relationships with our real customers and know each of them well. Over the past three years, our growth has relied on positive word of mouth and genuine support from our community.
This reviewer claims we had a bad attitude, but we have never communicated with them in any form—so how could there be a bad attitude? Further investigation shows there is no history of purchase or even a visit from this person. Sadly, this appears to be a malicious review from a competitor.

We take all feedback seriously and attempted to contact this user immediately after seeing the review. However, after a thorough check, we found no record of any order placed by this individual. As a trendy toy community, we know our customers well—many have been with us for years, and we’ve built strong, respectful relationships with them. Our reputation over the past three years has been built on trust and genuine word of mouth.
This reviewer claimed there was an issue with the product. While minor damage can occasionally occur during international shipping, we always provide prompt and effective after-sales service, and our real customers are satisfied with how we handle such situations. In this case, however, we’ve never had any communication with this person whatsoever.
After further investigation, we found no trace of any visit or purchase history associated with this reviewer. This is clearly a malicious review from a competitor.

Smooth, cute & safe
Everything went smoothly and without any problems, even with a tracking number. The package arrived safely packed with cute goodies. There were no problems with customs either. It took about 4 weeks to get to Germany. A really great experience with cute products. I would buy there again.

Great seller. I ordered several times from Ttmart. Each time i was very satisfied with my order. Ttmart has items i can’t find anywhere else. The prices are fair and the shipping is always fast and my packages are well protected in sturdy cardboard boxes. I also always get some small gifts with my order. I only wish they could offer a membership fidelity programm for their customers
