Tuftbox Opiniones

Purchased from here a couple of times. Shipping has always been prompt, everything as described :) No complaints at all. My only wish is that they would re-stock yarn more often, I'd spend so much more money here!

Good value. Prompt delivery.

Exceptionally speedy delivery! Fabulous packaging! Good value for money. I ordered a grime guard for my embroidery hoop. The fabric is lovely. Thanks so much!

Really happy with the liquid latex from TuftBox. It was easy to work with and did exactly what I needed for my rug. Definitely impressed and I’ll be ordering again!👍👍👍

Very quick delivery and very well packaged. The Thank-you note I found on my invoice really shows that the people behind the shop care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Pleasure to buy.

The customer service and the community support. A really nice team of people at TuftBox, inspiring.

Absolutely over the moon with Tuftbox - I am all new to tufting and punch needling and after having some problems with another company, I found these guys and have been so pleased!

Absolutely lovely customer service who were very prompt to resolve an out of stock item in my order, and even sent a free one once it came back in stock!

Always packaged great and I love getting the hand written notes on every order!

I purchased various tufting products—such as a tufting gun, New Zealand wool, a trimming machine, and fabric—and I am very pleased with all of them. They package items with care and work with a reliable shipping company; my orders arrived quickly. Their communication is excellent, too—they respond to emails right away. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Fast delivery. Love the packaging.

Great service. Highly recommend. Nice touch having my name hand written on my delivery note, much appreciated. Thanks

Brilliant company to deal with. Order went in, it was acknowledged and then we received the order within a few days. We could even track the order’s journey. Fabulous service and the product is great too. Highly recommend this company.

Super fast shipping. I purchased lavor punch needle ( adjustable) and it is very good quality and easy to adjust the length.

Received my tufting gun, done some research and this was definetely the best one, easy to use, thank you

Speedy delivery. A personally written note

Parcel was well wrapped and delivered quickly, I haven't used the latex yet but expect it to be just what I need to repair a carpet.

A* company, I’m genuinely so impressed by Tuftbox. I bought a tuft gun from them, it was posted really quickly, packaged well and with a hand written note it was very exciting to open. I had an issue with my gun (typically on a Sunday) I sent them a message and was emailed back in just a few hours, Meg had sent me directions on what to do to try to resolve the issue I was having and gave me links to videos to show me. I emailed back after these things didn’t help and she arranged the gun to be returned and a replacement was sent out immediately. Meg gave me a gift voucher for the inconvenience but even without that I was still so impressed with them as a company for the quick response and how they treated me as a customer.

I have since bought a rug shaver which arrived in the same way as the gun, great packaging, quick delivery and a hand written note. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s in the market for tufting supplies.

Even though I found similar guns on cheap Chinese sites (which I refuse to use) the extra cost has been well worth the experience I have had with Tuftbox!

Good quality

Excellent company to deal with! They responded quickly to emails and the products arrived really well packaged. Will definitely be ordering from them again and would highly recommend to others.

Great service as always.
Quick delivery, quality product and nicely packaged.

A lovely company to deal with. Order delivered quickly, beautifully packed with a handwritten card too. Will definitely use again.
