You absolute wonderful company! I happened to stumble on your mellow yellow tea when house and cat sitting for a friend, and then tried a beautiful green tea blend, and I was sailing off your tour website to order some tea for myself (and to replenish my friends tea stock) haha.

We've been ordering coffee, tea and hot chocolate from Tugboat for a few years now - always delicious, delivered quickly and packaged sustainably. Hoping to visit the Truro shop one day!

I came across Tugboat whilst on holiday in the Truro area this summer. My wife and daughter were in a wool shop nearby. I spotted TB, popped in to have a look. Got chatting with the wonderful Sara. Who helped me select some coffee. Sara was so helpful, knowledgeable, and simply passionate about her Coffee. So some pounds lighter in my wallet and a few bags of coffee heavier😉 away I went. Super happy with my new coffees.
Wind forward. To last Friday. I place my first online order. 4 bags, 250g each, different coffees. These arrived today. Wow. Wow. What service, ground, packed in Eco bags I must add. In a cardboard outer. With non plastic tape sealed. I'm now sat at work randomly sniffing bags of coffee. And can't wait to get home to try at least one of these wonderful new coffees.
If you currently mail order or subscribe to any other coffee house. I highly, highly recommend you give TB coffee a try. Or if your on the Truro are. Pop in and see them.

Wow ,great coffee, great service ,as good as it gets

Have been buying coffee from Tugboat for a long time now. They have grown massively since their start up at Pannier market in Truro where I first discovered them.
The selection of coffee (and tea!) Is outstanding. I love my coffee and have struggled to find coffee that is as good as Tugboat. I ventured further this order and bought the hot chocolate by Simón Coll with a hint of cinnamon (as well as lots of coffee!). I added a shot of Tugboats Cornish gold blend coffee to the hot chocolate and its devine 😍
I now live on a Scottish Island but that's no problem in terms of quick delivery 😊 Thanks as always the Tugboat lovlies!

Tugboat have a very good selection of teas and blends of large leaf loose teas and the service is excellent.

The service was excellent and the coffee even better. My order was for some gift items as well as personal use so I requested a gift box too, expecting to make it up myself. When the items arrived it was already made up for me and ready to go. Lovely company to deal with.

Tugboat have a huge range, the team area very knowledgable and friendly and the coffee tastes great and is great value. Personal favourites are the fair trade organic espresso and Monsoon Malabar.
I always pick up my coffee tugboat, but recently had a leg injury and couldn't get into the shop, so I used the mail order service which was great - over a kilo of freshly ground coffee arrived on my doorstep the next morning, complete with a free sample of chocolate coffee beans 😃 - The extra postage cost was less than the car park ticket!

Came across Tugboat at the excellent Boscastle Food Festival. After buying a trial pack of espresso coffee, it was so good that we decided to order a further kilo of beans online. Impressed by speed of delivery. Great packaging ensures beans stay fresh. Nice touch to receive a free sample of Tugboat's scrummy chocolate covered beans. Would highly recommend and we shall be re-ordering.

Best coffee to buy and so many to choose from the Christmas one is one to defiantly try :-)

Came very quick in the post, very happy

Up until recently I lived in Cornwall and visited the store in Truro frequently. For the coffee (and tea) drinker its a slice of heaven.

We moved to the Isle of Bute on the West coast of Scotland and we knew that we'd miss popping into the store to pick up our favourite coffee beans.

We recently used the postal service for the first time and I am pleased to say the attention to detail equals the 'in store' service. It's excellent and definitely Five star!

We use an Aero-press and it can be difficult to buy the ideal grind. Tugboat grinds the beans to the perfect level of coarseness for the Aero-press. All the coffees we have tried so far have been delicious. Favourite is the French. The decaf tastes just as good as the caffeinated and no chemicals are used. No more supermarket coffee!
