I bought the Morse code necklace
The chain had a kink and was very cheaply made
They said it was hand made, which I seriously doubt….who hand makes tiny tiny box chains when you can by spools with hundreds of yards cheaper…so they exaggerate their hand made. Dont buy it’s cheap cheap jewelry

Led along and then no help at all…


My wife received a gift of one of the Morse code necklaces. It really is pretty but her hairdresser brushed it and it pulled apart, and beads went everywhere. My wife really loved the thing so I contacted Elizabeth at Tulas to see about the necessary replacement beads (four couldn’t be found). At first things went well but seemed slow in response time. I sent pictures and was led to believe that it would be no issue. Now tonight, over a week later, I get an email from Elizabeth stating that since I couldn’t provide an order number she can’t proceed with replacement and “I appreciate your kind understanding”. I do not understand. And I am not happy. While very stylish and pretty, I would not recommend this business.

Best ever customer service

Best ever customer service!
The necklace is beautiful. I purchased it in remembrance of my son who died last year. I’m so happy to wear this necklace in his honor. I had an issue with the piece initially, after wearing it for a few months. I messaged the company, their response was immediate, and they generously sent me a new one without hesitation. I no longer had my order number but they were able to look it up. I’m so impressed and thankful for Tulsa customer service and the beautiful jewelry.
You will not be disappointed with their product. 5+ stars from me.

Avoid this junkyard…

Was sent the wrong gauge and length jewelry and despite pictorial evidence and berification of the error by other piercers, they denied denied denied. Did not refund replace or offer a return label. Were extremely rude and unprofessional and condescending. Worse experience with any body jewelry retailer out there. They are liars and thieves and obviously narcissists who cant be accountable.

I do not recommend buying from this company

I ordered "Smoky quartz ear tunnels by Diablo Organics"

They are advertised as double flare but the back flare is smaller, too small in fact and they constantly fall out, this is poor craftsmanship and I had no way of knowing they were too small until wearing them.

What is worse is the staff refuse to exchange or refund the purchase because they were opened.

Very bad customer service that does not take accountability of poor craftsmanship of their products, I would avoid this company.

Unusable jewelry

Bought six, 14 gauge piercing replacement parts of a length I couldn't find anywhere else. Was sent an email that they were out of the length I had chosen, which is annoying but could be an honest mistake on their part. So I chose another length. When they arrived, they appeared professionally packed and separated by each amount I bought. Unfortunately, all but one was poorly machined. All but one of the pieces openings were too small. It appears that somehow a 16 or 18 gauge opening was made around 14 gauge threads. Useless! They were cheap enough that I decided to just eat the cost and warn others of how bad their items are.

The worst experience I've ever had in the body jewelry space.

I've made more than a couple purchases here, and feel like I have an honest impression now. Unprofessional, dismissive, and I regret ever purchasing from them. The jewelry is subpar, I downsized from a high quality titanium piece from Bodyartforms to a piece from this business that according to advertising should have been of same quality and I've never seen my piercing look so irritated. I'm sad I might have to just remove the piercing altogether now making the first one I'll have to retire after 25 piercings and 10+ years. The retainers I've purchased here wore out immediately. The labrets made my piercings smell. And the customer service is somehow even worse. Reaching out to talk to someone left me so disappointed. I was very clear and concise on the issues I needed help resolving and what I was inquiring about on separate occasions, just to be met with very disappointing/underwhelming responses and attitude. And when I complained on one of the occasions, the excuse was that well they're a retail store (why sell on the internet if that's your attitude) and that the email they provide for customer service is "more of a quick and informal chat" (so you should have low expectations????). Also, the return process is ridiculous and very apparently set up in a way to deter you from doing so.

Impressive service and quality jewelry!

My first experience with this company was amazing! Everything went so smoothly.

Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, my order was processed in a timely fashion. It was packaged well, and even came with a convenient little measurement reference card.

The jewelry I received was very high quality, and very reasonably priced.

My experience was so good that I’m definitely going to be shopping here again!
[ EDIT: or not, they no longer ship outside of the United States :( ]
