I just hate the rugs...period. I have a 2x7 and a 2x10 runner and a 9x12 rug. Unfortunately when totally knew it wasn't going to work ( after buying better grips than what is provided) there's only a 30 day return policy and I was off by a few days. Why I absolutely hate them...1. The interlocking pad that you put together always comes apart under the rug so you remove the rugs and put back together the pad and do this several times per week or day. this is especially true for the runners. The 9x12 is a nightmare. it never stays in place, the "grips" are worthless. so when it's all bunched up and you fix it you risk the pad coming apart. that interlocking pad sucks so bad. Why not just sell a good quality nonstick pad with it or make it an all in one? I have dogs and knowing I'd never put that huge rug in my washer even though it"s capacity is sufficient according to tumble, it would wreck your machine so I intended to commercial wash it anyway. Right now, as soon as my other rugs gets here from...NOT TUMBLE..I am going to pack the crap up and take it to the charity store. 800 plus dollars down the drain. Oh, did I mention vacuuming them...have fun!

First of all their shipping is quite slow and they do not have a phone number in which you can call. They only respond to emails. Second, the rugs do not stay in place despite the sticky corners they give you. We are constantly adjusting them and had to buy other sticky materials to try to help. Third, these are so big how in the world would you put them in a normal washing machine, you can’t. You’d have to take them to a laundromat. Looking back I don’t think I would’ve spent $750 on three sets of rugs. My sister found something comparable on Amazon much cheaper.
