I received my order confirmation on 8/24. I emailed on 9/03 because I hadn’t received a tracking number. Now on 9/10 I just received a “pre-shipment” tracking number. I feel it’s taking a long time to process orders.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, until now, they didn't even gave me a tracking number. All it says on the shop app is "order placed".

I sent 3 emails already to support asking for an update, and not reply from them either.

I know I live in Australia, and I wasn't expecting to be quick.... but not even giving a tracking number? It's ridiculous

Would be a ZERO if that was possible! This company is absolutely terrible. I waited a week, emailed once, emailed twice, told they were going to expedite shipping. Three weeks and nothing! Disputed it with credit card and was immediately resolved in my favor. I think that says it all. DONT EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Printing quality on the shirts is absolute nonsense. I bought 7 shirts, and in like just 4 washing cycles the prints started to peel off... this is hilarious, I never seen anything like that. For such a price this is terribad.

Great fits, quality has changed over the years (ive been buying from tuned in tokyo for about 6 or 7 years now) i suspect they’ve changed suppliers or something? Regardless cool designs, durable t-shirts. Shipping is typically longer than expected but i love their products so i dont mind.

I got a box with multiple items. A few things that I didn’t like is that the shirts are very cheap and thin quality. I always wash my new clothes before wearing them and when I washed the shirts they pretty much fell apart at the seams. The backpack ad sweater are ok.. I can live with those.. proceed with caution and low expectations.

I placed an order and have yet to receive it. I contacted them a couple of times and they eventually stopped replying. I asked for a refund but clearly that is not their intention. I placed my order in March and it is now May. I will be filling a claim with my bank to get my money back. Oh and I also keep on receiving emails that the same exact item I order is available to order, how ironic. Extremely dissatisfied. Please do not order from this site.

Absolute waste of time and money. Purchased the spring mystery box over a month ago. Ups have still not received the package. After numerous attempts to contact them on social media and email to find out the situation of my parcel, no reply.

Dont waste your money as they will take your money and not even send it.

I recently purchased my second spring mystery box, hoping to get different stuff in the second one. When I opened it up, I got the same shirts as the first one I ordered, same colors, designs, everything. Seems like they give away their not so popular stuff that they have tons of, in their mystery boxes. Hence, making you pay double for what you actually want. I had also ordered a pretty cool rug, and recently got that as well. The color is a little off in some spots, but it's no big deal.

I ordered the Spring Mystery Box w/ backpack and a license plate frame. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. Love the designs! My only complaint is that the shirts are all large, but fit differently. One is actually short and wide. But otherwise I love the stuff!

I ordered a hoodie from them, this was about 2 months ago, and still have not received it. The first tracking number I received was for an Italian shipping company, but after a couple days it changed to a Chinese shipping company. That’s makes literally zero sense. I have emailed many times with no response. At this point I don’t even care about the hoodie I just want my $60 back. This place is a COMPLETE SCAM and I would highly, highly, highly, recommend people to never order from here, you might as well throw your money in the trash.

I ordered the Signature Hoddie and got it today, really awesome quality but their costumer service stinks!
When i placed my order i got in my mail that it could take up to 2 weeks in worst case. Around 7 weeks later i received it, and they messed up the tracking as well. Not untill 2 weeks ago i got the correct tracking nr and company. And in order to get any answers after they stopped answered my inquiry about were my order is, i had to contact Order Protection.
If you want awesome products and are not in a hurry and like generic answers and bad tracking, go for it. If not, surf along.

Never received my package and had a ton of automated misleading emails back in return. Never received a refund either. Made an order 3 weeks ago and nothing. Will never purchase from this website ever again!!!

I love the varying products in the store, I ordered a license plate frame and was looking forward to receiving it. It took a while to get it from China which was fine, but once I got it I wasn't too thrilled. The frame is metal which is great, but the printing is not as bright and doesn't pop like it is portrayed. I wish I could receive a replacement for the item.

I've tried to get in contact with them about my item that has still NOT arrived its been over a freaking month NOW I live in Pennsylvania ITS COLD I ordered a 2XL Dark Magician Hoodie it never showed up even the tracking link doesn't help I was looking forward to this in the mail wOW

Yall need to bring back the decorative box for the mystery box’s!!!

They never delivered my product and I have to tracking link that says it was never delivered but apparently according to customer service it was already delivered which is not true and they refuse to send my money back. This is a complete scam and these people are complete garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!!
