The product description was incomplete and misleading. The issue seems to be that the technical experts at the company don't have access to the full details such as the intended application or technical details such as spring rate and height. No returns are allowed even for parts that I can't use.

the H&R product re great, however, the delivery and the communication( order placed on the 9th of Jan , still Zero comm, we are 16th ) are very poor, So if you are in a hurry buy them from another campany

Erst sind meine spurplatten nicht geliefert worden. Ich hab mich per email da gemeldet und hab direkt Antwort bekommen. Konstelose Nachlieferung und keine Probleme zu empfehlen. Alles wurde sehr schnell geklärt bin sehr zufrieden.

Bremsbeläge von EBC gekauft, aufgrund der Saison kein Werkstatt termin innerhalb 30 tage erhalten. Stellt sich raus, dass die falsch sind und nicht passend für mein Auto. E-Mail geschrieben, keine Reaktion. Noch eine dann kam nur die Antwort dass dem Sachbearbeiter die Hände gebunden sind und die nichtmal aus Kulanz zurück nehmen werden….

This company is running scams, your item will not ship until you email them and then it doesn’t arrive . They will open an investigation with UPS that doesn’t exist . They lie and say it’s not their fault please be aware . After opening a dispute with your credit card company they will send you an email to ask you to remove the dispute so they can refund you the money but that’s a lie since they know you can’t reopen the dispute again . Nice trick 23 days and still waiting for the items which I know it won’t arrive . It has FRAUD ALL AROUND IT .

Aucune information sur le site et AUCUNE réponse à mes sollicitations. Le numéro de téléphone fourni vous renvoie ver le mail où ils ne répondent pas. Inadmissible vu les produits vendus.

Ich habe Alufelgen gekauft, die im Onlineshop schwarz abgebildet waren, Farbbezeichnung graphit, die gelieferten Felgen waren grau. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, das es die Felgen wären, die ich bestellt habe und ich könnte sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurück schicken.

Reklamationsmanagement 5- würde ich sagen.
Beim nächsten Mal kaufe ich bei einem anderen Händler!

Purchased a set of wheels off Tunershop. After multiple emails back and forth finding out information on wheels and fitment and logistics of sending from Germany to Australia I made the purchase. Ignac was the sales person I spoke to and always was willing to help me with any questions and clarifications I had before, during and even after my purchase. As mentioned to Ignac this company is by far the best. Bettwr than the service we recieve in Australia. Wheels arrived as discussed and very quickly too.

Really professional service, i ordered a set of lowering springs for my seat leon 5f. I accedently ordered the wrong one at the beginning. But before they were sent to me a customer wrote to be that it was wrong pair and we figured out by chat which pair that would fit my car. I ended up buying the ones he told me to and they came pretty fast(i live in denmark). Really good service and products. and the springs fitted my car.

I bought these springs on 21st july and I got them on 28th. They got to Italy from Germany very quickly, even with a weekend in the middle! The staff have brilliant communicative skills, they text back very quickly and they try to help you as best as they can. The springs are 100% correct and brand new. The box was sealed and intact. Great experience, will definitely buy from them again. Great guys, highly recommended. 😄😄😁
