I am an online retailer using Big Commerce carts with Paypal as my merchant processor. Mastercard notified paypal that there was a code issue on my sites. A beaurocratic nightmare was ensuing with forms, dates, steps, procedures and threats of fines and turning off my large paypal merchant account! Big Commerce was of limited assistance and Paypal was like dealing with a robot. In desparation, I contacted TurcoLabs. They were amazing. Very responsive, easily navigated pinpointing the issues. Helped guide on resolution and with their connections, AND was able to keep Mastercard in the loop at the same time. Benjamin, the founder, reached out to me personally and sincerely cared. He was great. I also will be signing up for their free trial of ThreatView to keep an eye on my Big Commerce sites. If Mastercard is breathing down your neck, call these guys, they have an in.
