Vi bestræber os altid på at hjælpe vores kunder bedst muligt. Vores kundeservice besvarer alle henvendelser inden for 24 timer på hverdage, og vi tilbyder altid løsninger såsom gensendelse af pakken eller refundering, hvis en ordre ikke når frem som forventet.
Det er bestemt ikke vores intention at fremstå uresponsive, og vi kan se, at vi har besvaret alle dine e-mails. Vi modtog dog ikke svar på, om du ønskede, at vi skulle sende en ny pakke eller udstede en refundering i tilfælde af, at forsendelsen var bortkommet.

Thank you very much for your feedback - we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery situation, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
However, we would like to point out that we unfortunately do not have control over the shipping company's handling of deliveries. In this case, it appears to be an error on DAO’s side, which is of course very unfortunate.
We always strive to support our customers in the best possible way. Our customer service responds to all inquiries within 24 hours on working days, and we always offer solutions such as resending the package or providing a refund if an order does not arrive as expected.
It is certainly not our intention to appear unresponsive, and we can see that we have replied to all of your emails, but in the end, you did not reply whether you would like us to send out a replacement or issue a refund in case the shipment was missing.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service and kindly ask you to reconsider your 1-star rating, as we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied.
