Refurbished turbo for my Alfa working wonderfully, much cheaper than buying new from the dealership!

Paid for turbo and deposit. Turbo was good. But no deposit returned after I sent my old one back. I have had no answer to numerous calls, emails and WhatsApp message

Avoid. I haven’t received turbocharger for two weeks even thought I was told twice it will be with me next day. Communication is very poor. Takes ages to get a response after multiple chasers. Once i asked for refund it’s almost nonexistent. Now over a month, no turbocharger and no refund. I will need to go bank to claim the monies back…

Quick to answer the phones. Very helpful with providing information on what turbo I needed for my insignia. Then they even let me have my deposit back, after my garage messed me around and took way longer than they should've. Very positive experience. If I ever need another ill be calling again.

Very understanding of my situation when I had to return part. Often hard to reach on phone but usually reply on messaging system.

I would find a decent company to buy from, my previous review informed you that this company is very unreliable. They failed to provide a replacement injector that was faulty and returned to them. Despite my efforts to contact them, nothing. I have now sent 2 invoices again no acknowledgment fine. I am adding interest on a weekly basis, if I get do not get paid I will instigate a bankruptcy order.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON.

Ordered a turbo for my Vauxhall Zafira - type was confirmed with TurboDiesel & unit was despatched promptly but was actually the wrong part. Genuine error, sent photo of old part which TurboDiesel matched up, so sent the wrong one back by DPD, they sent the correct unit. Complete with all fittings, gaskets, etc. Then we sent the old unit back to get our deposit refunded. No hassle. Brilliant service.

Contacted turbo diesel London for a turbo for my vw t5 2004 transporter, they had one on the shelf ready to go. They sent it out the very next day after I paid received within 48 hours, perfect and fast delivery fits my van great. Now to enjoy using my van again and take to Switzerland In June. Thanks again adrian

not 1 day delivery but 1 week, gasket set for fiting not fully acurate, mising lot and lot of the seals not for this set

Ordered a new turbo on a Friday morning and received on the following Tuesday. Paid an extra £150 deposit for the return of the old turbo. Fitted the new turbo and had to rethread where a bolt went in as it was cross threaded but turbo all working fine. Went with a recon over a new cheap Chinese one. Had to wait a while to be refunded for the deposit after returning the old turbo but overall happy with the company.

Give better updates on the product and they don’t know how to pick up the phone

It’s been more than 2 weeks and i still did not received the turbocharger that i ordered

got everything in time, only part missing was the gasket kit to fit. Buy your own gasket kit from somewhere else, at same time your order.

TURBO BARELY LASTED 6 MONTHS.
Strictly do not buy from this place, it’s just Poor quality parts for a high price. As my Turbo blew after 6 months.
And I had issues with the actuator and limp mode the whole 6 months before it gave up completely

After contacting him he was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and completely disrespectful to me, making sly comments and sending sarcastic emojis.
Can you imagine this when you just lost £320?!

Saying that the turbo blowing was my problem. My car is serviced every 6 months. It’s just someone that cannot take accountability. A new turbo shouldn’t blow after 6 months.

He refused to refund me £320. Only offered to “repair” why would I want to repair when it would just happen again? Completely disgusting and so unprofessional the way I was spoken to.

Save your money — I spent hundreds and left with more problems and my car currently in a garage with an even bigger bill than before.
