May 2026: Google appears to have blocked 3rd party apps from accessing their security cookies, so Chrome-based downloaders aren't working. **But Turbo Downloader works fine with Firefox.** Sign into Firefox, sign into YouTube, open Turbo Downloader, drag the video link into the download bar, and you're done The downloads run quickly (I have an 800 mBPS connection). There are good features for managing the downloaded files' attributes. You can submit a list of up to 1,000 URL's to be downloaded; this is handy of you're working off a YouTube playlist. When downloading, TurboD does offer to grab the whole playlist--very convenient!

I have not observed any undesired behaviors (malware, etc.) with the app.

Note: you'll have to configure the "Private Downloader" to deal with YouTube's security. The selected browser isn't saved (by design) as part of the configuration so you'll need to do a couple of clicks (specifying Firefox) when you fire TurboD up.

This is not a free app but I was happy to spend $5 for a monthly license to see how well it worked without limitation. And it works.

I used to struggle so much trying to download videos from YouTube. Other apps either failed completely or only gave me low-quality, blurry files. Turbo Downloader completely changed the game! It bypasses all those issues effortlessly and lets me download in pristine, high-definition quality. It's incredibly fast and stable. If you’re looking for a reliable downloader, this application is an absolute lifesaver! 5 stars!

Genually would reccomend premnium theirs not alot of lifetime software out their so support the ones that are using this practice.

It worked well and did everything that i wanted it too like downloading youtube playlists.Download was a little slow but it still worked, Also really annoying thing when it finishes a download it gives u a notification on the side

I’m really impressed with TurboDownloader. It’s very easy to use, the price is great, and being able to download multiple videos or audio files from a playlist at once is extremely convenient. I heard about it on Reddit. Really awesome app overall !!

I’d been looking for a good app to download YouTube videos for a long time and even searched on Reddit. Turbo Downloader was recommended by some users, so I decided to give it a try.

At first, I had a small issue after upgrading, but the support team responded quickly in no time and helped fix it. Now everything works as expected, and downloads are smooth. I’ve also updated to the latest version with no problems so far.

The upgrade is also very reasonably priced. I paid just $15 for a one-year plan. If everything continues like this, I’m definitely planning to go for the lifetime plan next. 🫶🏻
