Went in and played for a bonus called 300% of deposit ( 50€ deposit, had 150€ bonus). Played for over 3 hours and meet the required rules to make a withdrawal after.
The casino denied my withdraw and stated that I didn’t require the rules.

I requested withdrawal to the Same account wich I deposit with.
My first request of 219,- took about 40 hours to reach my bank
My second withdrawal of almost 4K I am still waiting on it, and its now longer then 2 weeks ago that I have requested withdrawal.
Contacten their support over 10 times and each time I get a shitty answer of our “dedicated” team is current reviewing your case each and every time the Same answer.
My withdrawal ID still begins with undefined instead of the original Numbers i saw at the moment I made the request.
Guys i really am waiting for my money and if I seriously dont get it before this weekend I promise I Will never visit their site again and I hope you Guys won’t either!!
Update:
They have cancelled the withdrawal again and put it back into gambeling account, last week I send then prove of adres and then they send me a e-mail that it has been verified as a confirmation notice.
And now they cancelled it because they use the same excuse again that i need to send them my adress again!
These people are honing that I am gonna give up and gamble the money again instead of withdrawing it
