I’ve been taking Turito math classes for a few months now. I am very grateful for the patient and understanding maths teacher PROF MITHUN PAL. He always makes sure to explain concepts clearly to make sure I truly understand the material. I’ve had a massive improvement over a short amount of time because of this. He truly cares about student success and makes learning engaging and supportive!

Extremely disappointing experience with Turito Service. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone… Management staff is very poor in communication & Won’t respond to any queries on time. Been waiting to hear from them since 4 weeks to resolve a query in regards to the course refund.

I requested a refund well within the refund policy period, but it’s been over four weeks and I still haven’t heard/received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no clear response or action from their support team. Their customer service is unhelpful and non-responsive. I would strongly caution others before enrolling. They seem very prompt when collecting payment but completely ignore customers afterward.

Deepika sharma teacher is the best, she really goes out of the way yo help my child.
Sends timely homework checks its and tries to help my son to improve in the areas he lacks.

They have charged my credit card every month although I have taken one time payment classes. The ticket is open but no response and no action from Turito although enough proofs are attached . The funny part is after 4 months charging my card they couldnot trace what is the issue. Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour .I will not be recommending Turito!!

After the review is posted, in couple days turito management looked into the issue and fixed it. April there is no charge applied. Thanks team for fixing this.Appreciate the response.

The tutorer i have swati is amazing, She has been my teacher for 6+ years i highly recommend. The AI TURITO APP is also really good for studying and helping me on exams. Overall great😃👍

This is a scam company, they usually follow up a lot until you pay a lumpsum amount for the 48 classes, then completely stop responding once the money is transferred, I am still following up for a refund and no one from the team is responding to my calls, please stay away

I can get the help I need in covering the topic of my subject, and they also teach the curriculum of my state. Teachers can help me with any questions I have and on the topics I was taught during the week, and expand on those topics. Turito is a great help to me in year 12

We joined Turito 15 months ago. Staff are very diligent with admin request. Munazah and Poushaly are very dedicated to the student need and has been tailoring sessions according. Both the teachers are receptive of feedback and provides regular updates to parents if they are concerned about the student wellbeing or performance. The website it self- the test contents needs a quality check as many a times test questions : the answers are incorrect or explanations do not make sense. This can confuse students doing self learning via test.

Huge shoutoutttt to Daniel Anthony, who handled our onboarding. Most parents are used to the heavyyy handed sales pressure from edtech companies, but Daniel was the total opposite. He was transparent, skipped the over promises, and just focused on getting us settled.
