Het spijt ons uiteraard dat u dit hebt meegemaakt, maar uw bericht geeft niet de waarheid weer. We hebben videobeelden van de koerier die bij uw deur aankomt en van uw gesprek met hem via de deurbel. U zegt tegen de DHL-koerier dat hij het pakket bij uw buurman moet achterlaten, maar hij laat het voor uw deur achter. Waarschijnlijk spreekt hij niet goed Nederlands. In deze situatie beweert u dat uw pakket is gestolen en eist u een terugbetaling. Wij helpen al onze klanten met terugbetalingen en andere procedures; u kunt dit lezen in andere recensies. U stuurt ons een privébericht en wij laten u op beleefde wijze weten dat DHL verantwoordelijk is voor deze situatie. U dient contact met hen op te nemen over het gestolen pakket. Wij hebben uw bestelling zorgvuldig voorbereid en verzonden; de koerier die daar werkt, is niet onze verantwoordelijkheid. Als het voertuig van de koerier betrokken raakt bij een ongeval, eist DHL geen schadevergoeding van ons omdat ons pakket zich daarin bevond.

Our halva is intentionally produced with a traditional whipping technique, resulting in a light, airy texture that melts in the mouth. This is a defining characteristic of our recipe and differs from the denser, more compact halva commonly found in standard Turkish market products.
Additionally, we would like to mention that our Halva Cake has a firmer structure and a richer, more pronounced aroma. If you prefer a more solid texture, we highly recommend trying this variant next time.
