I am a TurnCage customer and I wanted to give a review and found a hacked Trust Pilot site? This is just weird...

TurnCage is great, I don't know if the other review is really talking about TurnCage or not.... but it doesn't sound like it. I created my website for free, they never asked me for payment info, and I've honestly never done anything so simple online. Seriously, you need to give it a try... even if you don't need a website lol It's really F'n cool.

Horrible product with even worse support. No option to even contact support within the product, which says a lot. Finally search the website to find a support email and they have not responded in a week.

The product is really sub-par and not even close to something that should be released. Which I would be more forgiving of if it indicated it was in beta and was free, but it doesn't indicate beta anywhere and they want more per month than most other polished website builders out there.

The back-end user dashboard looks like something from an early 2000s website builder. Very clunky and hard to find what you are looking for. Site was live at the "preview" link despite be never publishing it or indicating that I wanted the site to go live. Also, the AI generate heading and descriptions for services are very poor. You can get much better service descriptions from something like ChatGPT or many other AI tools, so I'm not sure what they are using to generate their AI content but they should look at tweaking it or switching APIs altogether.
