I’ve ordered a few vinyls from here now, and every time it’s always great!

I first ordered a vinyl imported from america and there was an issue where it was damaged in transit and the second the shop knew there would be a delay they reached out to let me know and give me a new date and apologise. (which wasn’t needed, unavoidable and not their fault.) and it was sent out as soon as they had it. Whereas other record shops just kinda hope u don’t notice or wait till u reach out.

I LOVE the stickers with the vinyls and the cute handwritten personalised post card with each order where they write a song recommendation. Now I order from here exclusively when i have the money for a new vinyl, because the customer service is so genuine and lovely and the little touches are all there.

That’s before you realise the great prices, range, selection, availability and sales. The orders are packaged great and with care and the speed is great.

I found this store on tiktok after someone posted an unboxing of a vinyl and I’m so glad I did. My vinyl was shipped EXTREMELY quickly and arrived within a couple of days. Despite the vinyl I bought being from the B-Stock(so advertised with a few scratches or rips on the sleeve) it is in great condition. Would 100% recommend this store and will buy from them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My pre-ordered CD arrived very quickly. I regularly received emails about the shipping, as well as evri parcel tracking codes meaning I was always informed of where my package was.
When it arrived, it was packaged very securely with "Handle with care- Fragile" stickers clearly displayed. The CD itself was in excellent condition.
A hand-signed postcard was included, as well as a sticker for the record shop. These little extras always show sellers care and are genuinely passionate about their business. I would 100% buy from Turn It Up Records again.

A great place to get exclusive records! I love how consistent they are with updates on what's to come, shipping dates and deals. Truly a shop that cares about their product and customers! I also enjoy the wee hand written notes that come with orders, it makes shopping with them very personal!!
