Turquoise travel were fabulous from start to finnish!
Firstly they managed to get a great price for the holiday and later helped us change flights when then we were no longer able to fly via Dubai. Excellent service at every stage of the holiday.
They contacted the hotel to ensure that we were treated specially for our celebrations.
We had a problem with the airline loosing a suitcase and they even stepped in and sorted that out with their contacts!
I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again for our next special holiday!

Visit number 7 to the Maldives and a fabulous experience yet again! Turquoise always deliver on quality and price! A few changes have happened in our adviser over the years but the service has always been consistent and we would not go anywhere else!

From the moment we started planning our holiday to Prince Maurice in Mauritius, the service was exceptional. Every recommendation they made was spot on, and their knowledge and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything had been carefully thought through.

They arranged our Business Class flights with Air Mauritius, advised us on the best flight options and transit times, and made what could have been a complicated journey feel completely effortless. They were always on hand to help with online check-in, travel documentation and any questions we had before we departed, providing reassurance every step of the way.

Completely listened to everything we asked for and were happy to let us lead on some of the suggestions even though it's not what they would normally propose. Information was super clear and helpful and the team were great to deal with.

Everything about Turquoise I find refreshing. I’ve now used the company for several vacations over a decade and everything about their service is beyond compare to anything else I’ve found. Sure the destinations are incredible, but what sets Turquoise above the rest for me is:
1) They give honest recommendations always tailored to your preferences and tastes based upon real experience of the resorts
2) They always go the extra mile to make sure it’s perfect for you and will personalise your itinerary to make it perfect for you
3) They always remember you are the customer and act in your interests at all times
4) it’s in their DNA to receive open and honest feedback (both good and bad) and they actually act on it making services better for everyone
5) Nothing is ever too much trouble
6) Loyalty means a lot to them and it’s bi-directional. They manage to show they care about individuals
7) complete flexibility in arrangements for example sometimes it has suited me to book flights via other means but the holiday with Turquoise - which is super helpful I’ll as I can take advantage of things like airline loyalty programmes
8) The App keeps all your holiday details in one place once booked and gives a lovely countdown to your trip with beautiful pictures
9) They will always be proactive about making sure your holiday is the best and always follow up on your return. Even the slightest areas for improvement are dealt with proactively and individually

Turquoise, and our advisor Nick especially, were exceptional at all stages. From deep country and hotel knowledge, to incredibly slick organised transfers and travel. We couldn't recommend them high enough. We had the most amazing Honeymoon. We certainly will be using them again. It was the small things that made it, from completely skipping a long queue at immigration at Nairobi airport to being personally escorted through security for our internal flight in Kenya. The hotels were also amazing.

The Turquoise Holiday Company were excellent through out the whole process of planning, booking, and tweaking our holiday, and then afterwards when due to the conflict in the middle east, we had to cancel with just two weeks to go, they were able to negotiate complete refunds for everything. We have just returned from a superb holiday at the Six Senses Resort, Laamu in the Maldives. All the arrangements for the holiday including the flights were made for us by Lucy at Turquoise Holidays who did a great job from our initial contact through to checking in with us whilst at the resort. The holiday met my expectations, and more

We had a fantastic Easter holiday in Malaysia, spending time in both Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. Everything was very well organised, and the travel arrangements made the journey smooth and stress-free — particularly the seamless transfer through Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the excellent service from Malaysia Airlines in Langkawi, where our luggage was checked all the way through to London.

A special mention also to Bethany, Bella, and the concierge team, who were exceptional throughout the process. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and support really helped make the whole experience effortless from start to finish.

Langkawi was a real highlight for our family. Our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ club and made lots of friends during our stay — she’s even keeping in touch with one friend from Australia. The mangrove tour was a wonderful experience, and the golf arrangements were excellent as well.

Overall, Malaysia exceeded our expectations, and our daughter has officially declared it her favourite destination so far!

Five star experience thank you. Spent a week at the Bequia Beach Hotel on Turquoise recommendation. We travelled again with them, having gone to Mauritius last year. Efficient, good communications, great suggestions for eating out, daytime, etc. Thank you

Booking process seamless, and service excellent as Doha closed airspace and turquoise found us alternative routes - against all odds. Wonderful from start to finish - couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely everything went perfectly. We’d booked flights independently but having provided Turquoise with our flight details and booked the accommodation through them we felt confident it would be seamless. We were not wrong - everything was perfect from being met off the plane to being delivered to the door of the loveliest lodge.

The level of comms combined with the use of the Turquoise app gave us everything we needed.

The staff at the lodge were fantastic and we were fortunate to have a brilliant and knowledgeable tracker Terekula for all 14 of our game drives.

Ease of booking and setting of requirments. Had an issue with hotel with the room in a dire state and Antony was amazing in rectifying the issue, and directly liaising with the hotel on our behalf. Would use again and we think highly of Antony in particular!
