Return nightmare and they owe me a refund
I returned a product that was not as described. They approved me for a return, received my item back, and now all of a sudden they will not respond to me when asking about my refund. This is such a scam. Awful service. And they still owe me my money back, as they now have the product and I'm out close to $80. I would not recommend anyone purchases anything from this horribly run company.

Skulle bestille fra tushbaby.com. Valgte vare, kom til fullfør betaling. Fikk melding fra banken at PayPal hadde trukket beløpet. Men fikk ikke opp fullført betaling på nettsiden. Nettsiden ble bare oppdatert til høyere beløp, og ba om at jeg skulle fullføre bestillingen en gang til. Heldigvis for at jeg er forsikret i banken!

It's a scam.
Waited for over a month for my item to ship. It keeps getting pushed back week after week. Now they are saying it will be another month. They pass themselves off as a small, female run business but I'm being to think this is a complete scam. I know I'll never see the product I ordered and I doubt I'll ever see my money.
