For the course, we had Arfana, who was amazing! He was very dedicated, super friendly and educational. This course couldn't have been made any better than it already was! Highly recommend :)

TERRIBLE. I inquired about a 1 day training course - I only wanted to know what the cost was. The sales person pressured me into reserving a spot and then asked for payment. I said that I needed to speak to colleagues to see if the dates would even work and she said she would send an invoice - me not realizing the in their eyes I had fully committed. When I tried to cancel 2 days later she said I would still have to pay the invoice. They have a cancellation policy - in which if you cancel within a certain time they let it go - I was a few hours past the 48 hour time window. I also really wasn't prepared to sign up for anything, and feel like I got duped into it. This is such a SCAM.

Realised my fire marshal certificate had expired, managed to book myself on a course same day. Trainer was great, was interactive and training easy to follow. Company also uses for first aid training. Highly recommend.

We had a very disappointing experience with our First Aid tutor. The course felt disorganised, and the tutor’s behaviour was both disrespectful and unnecessarily confrontational, which made the group uncomfortable. Communication throughout the session was poor, and by the end we felt we had not gained the knowledge or confidence expected from the training.

I did my fire marshal training with Rob at Tutor care. It was really informative and I left the training feeling prepared and confident in being a fire marshal.

Had a days health and safety training led by Taz. Our trainer took the time to understand what we needed from the course and our preferred way of learning before shaping the course to use whilst making sure every important point was covered and understood. He also approached our training with humour and a clear duty of care. Thanks, Taz. We had a really good day

I had a great experience completing my NVQ Level 3 with Tutorcare, as the tutors were supportive, the course was well organised, and it helped me build my skills and confidence in my role.

As always the communication before our Fire Marshall training was very good and the quality of the course fitted our needs perfectly.

I had a really positive experience with Tutorcare while completing my Level 5 Management course. The support throughout was great, and my tutor Nicki was especially helpful—always approachable, encouraging, and clear with her feedback, which really helped me improve.

The course itself was well-structured and relevant to real-world management, making it easy to apply what I learned in practice. I also appreciated the flexibility, which made balancing study with other commitments much easier.

I recently completed the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (RQF) and had a really positive experience. My tutor was incredibly supportive, patient, and always explained everything clearly. They were always available when I needed help and made the whole learning process much easier.

Please, avoid tutor care as much as you can, i have been on NVQ 3 since october, 2025 and i have been very compliant with assessment submission, i dont even wait for submission deadline before i submit, i have done work observation. My assessor left me on 67% for the past 6weeks, sent personal email and i even reached out to my account officer, Gary , been chasing him too, to ask why i am being delayed, no communiation, no feedback, nothing. This is the 6month for a course that was suppose to finish since January, 2026. Avoid them for your peace of mind. I reiterate their service delivery is poor and the assigned assessor is poor in terms of communication.

What made my experience great is the fact that my assessor knows what comes first and made the courses easy to understand how they link to each other.
Katherine Smith knows her job and Tutorcare always update me all the way, I didn't struggle because all the instructions and mode of communication where clear.

I did a Level 5 Diploma with Tutorcare and they could not have been more helpful and supportive, helping me achieve my goals.

Failed payment?
After complaining that your assessor was taking forever to feedback on my work what did you do? NOTHING!!
As a result, I canceled the direct debit because all you kept doing was taking out my hard earned money without doing your job as you should!! This organisation is a scam! A big one at that! Do not register with them!
Give back my over £500 if you’re not a scam! Taking money for services you never rendered! Bunch of thieves!

First aid refresher course with Kevin was great. He covered the material really thoroughly & made it all very accessible with his hints and tips to remember things. I hope to not have to do any first aid for real, but feel prepared to do so if required.

Kevin led a really effective first aid training session that was both informative and approachable. He broke things down in a clear, practical way and made sure everyone felt involved and comfortable asking questions. His friendly style and strong knowledge made the session enjoyable, and I left feeling much more prepared and confident. Really appreciate the great training—thanks, Kevin!
