The throttle had an issue after some use. The warranty process took a few photos and details, which was a little annoying, but Luca stood behind it and helped me get it fixed. Trustworthy support.

Great bike and great service. The Soleil01 SE is fun to ride and customer support was very responsive.

My son loves his bike! It’s very nice and exactly as described.

We had an issues with one of the side left brake handles. Customer service was very attentive and wanting to fix the matter. They communicated every step of the way, and even checked once they saw the replacement was delivered to make sure everything was ok. Every email was answered immediately or withing acceptable amount of time (time zone difference).

Several kids have bikes in our community and most have a Tuttio. The other brands feel cheaper and are way louder going down the road. The Tuttio is much quieter which doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it is when you hear all these kids coming down the road.

The handle bars are a little soft. My boy has dropped the bike on grass and a dirt track. The bars have bent twice and I’ve bent them back. Just a little cheap, but not awful.

Overall a solid bike. We would recommend it to everyone.

As a parent, I was skeptical at first. I found the site on social media and was surprised they still had the limited Soleil01 SE. I messaged support and they got back to me really fast.I checked the certificates too, which helped me trust it more. If it felt fake, I would've disputed the charge. But it was real, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a really good experience.
