Totally unreliable. After being told we would have someone that day after ringing at 9am in the morning. We waited 48 hrs constantly calling and no one ever came. Do not waste your time on this company!

On Monday 13/04/23 I was not getting a signal to my TV. I telephoned tv.aerials.uk that afternoon. A very pleasant young engineer came the next morning, he put a new part on my dish and it was sorted within the hour. Brilliant, I would definitely use them again.
Having had a terrible experience with another company these guys were a delight to deal with - the Engineer arrived that day and fixed my aerial. The girl on the call could not have been any nicer. I would defo recommend.

My elderly grandmother relies in her TV as a companion since my grandad passed and unfortunately the system went down overnight. She was absolutely lost without it so I panicked and dialed the first number I found and TV Aerials were who I called.
I'm so glad I called, a fantastic engineer called Andrew came out, really looked after my grandmother and installed a new aerial system as her previous one was broken. 10/10
