J'ai commandé ce complet 3 pièces en décembre et il me va comme un gant. J'ai d'abord été agréablement surpris du bon service et le vendeur m'a contacté plusieurs fois pour s'assurer que je fournisse les bonnes mesures. J'étais un peu inquiet de procéder de cette façon à distance mais quand j'ai reçu mon complet wow!!! quel beau travail. Juste une tout petit peu plus large mais c'est très bien comme ça car je me demandais ce qui arriverais si je prenais quelques kilos. Le tissu est épais et de belle qualité avec aucun défaut apparent. C'est mon premier complet sur mesure et je suis très heureux de celui-ci et c'est n'est pas mon dernier. Je recommande Tweed Maker très fortement. Beau travail et merci. Richard, Quebec Canada.

Never had a suit made for me, was nervous about all the measurements, but if you make a strange measurement they will ask you to double ck!! Glad I paid more for the personal fit! Received many compliments on how it looked and fit. Don’t forget to get the matching hat. I am 70 yrs old but it makes me look good too!

I bought a suit off of this site with few expectations in late December. Outside of the clunky "self measurement" required (why don't they simply let you select a size like any other clothing seller?),
everything went smoothly and the suit arrived within the projected delivery window. My initial suit was, unfortunately, too small, but their return process was straightforward and their customer service was spot-on.

Positives:
- Decent quality (especially for the price)
- Good customer service
- Deliveries within target timeframe
- Customer services relies on email and doesn't require a login or special app
Negatives:
- Clunky sizing process
- Following the aforementioned sizing process to the letter resulted in an ill-fitting suit and required an exchange

Overall, if you're looking for an affordable men's suit, this site seems to be a good option.

I’m giving this a 5/5 for a very good reason. I was lucky enough to get the suit as part of the Black Friday sales which meant I saved probably about $AUD1000. The people at tweedmaker provided excellent customer service and a great quality suit. The delivery time was also outstanding especially due to the high demand they would’ve been experiencing. Thanks guys

I just received my fifth suit from Tweedmaker (+ some accessories), and I am - again - very satisfied. It fits, looks great and customer sevice is awesome.

I loved everything about this process! Like many people I procrastined more than I should have and they made sure to get my custom suit to me in more than enough time for my sister'swedding. The suit fit perfectly with the sizes I provided! Most importantly I looked amazing! All night people we complimenting my suit asking where they can get one! Even when I took it into a store with me to find a shirt that would look perfect with it, the sales reps couldn't stop talking about what a beautiful suit it was!

The first review I wrote was rather negative, since I was a bit disappointed with the fit of the jacket. However, Ryan at Tweedmaker was very good and we made a deal that I could get a local tailor to make the necessary adjustments and get a refund. it turned out the adjustments weren't that big, even if they made just the difference. After the adjustment I am incredibly pleased with the result. The fabric is pleasant to wear and nice and warm in cold winter temperatures. I have used the suit at work and got several compliments. So, from being negative I have turned and will most likely buy another suit in the future.

I have bought two suits from Tweedmaker. Both are great, and the first one has become a favourite of mine, especially the jacket and waistcoat. The latest one was delivered two days ago, so it hasn't been properly tested yet. They fit well, and the quality (especially the Retro Blue) is way better than the pricing indicates. I have a made-to-measure suit from another manufacturer that was five or six times this price, that I nowadays gladly would exchange for five suits from Tweedmaker.

wore this suit for my fall wedding and received many compliments. It really is a quality product. It was a super easy process and the suit arrived perfect. I will use it over and over. Very satisfied!

Sad to say a disappointing experience. It doesn't matter if the quality is ok if the fitting isn't. Despite giving reference to other tweeds I own I was persuaded to buy a size that tweedmaker meant fitted better. I’ve had the jacket and trousers retro fitted afterwards by experienced tailors. But the whole outfit stays oversized and baggy. No response from their customer service. They only seem to care about the sale - not the experience.

paid extra for fitted, and it is without doubt, the worst fitting suit I've ever bought.

material is nice, but spending 150 to alter a suit you paid more for fitting is crazy.

We ordered a suit for our wedding. It was so easy to follow the instructions to do the measurements. Tonya even picked up on an error we had made and recommended we remeasure. The suit then arrived promptly and fit well. It’s great quality and we are very pleased!

I'll tell you what, many of you are probably searching for different companies that specialize in tweed suits. I had a big fear of ordering an unknown product that I could not see and feel. I'm pretty thorough when it comes to standards as well. Long and short of it any complaints on any suit website is mostly because are bodies are so different and we all have different styles in clothing. After a leap of faith and good prices I was very very pleased with the product. The quality was great, it came in a bag and didn't look like it was stuffed in a glove box for a month. There were no wrinkles and coat and vest looked great. To my surprise it for like a glove, no alterations needed. I'm 5'8 160lbs. The 38 short and medium vest were great. Also on top of it Tonya was a great communicator and answered all my questions. The have regular and slim fit style suits.

Fantastic experience, super-supportive service, flexible and friendly - and stunning suits to boot! Very happy, thoroughly recommend. High quality all round.

Good quality, but if you order accessories, see if you can have them sent together. Not one after one separately. This will cost more in customs... at least in Sweden.

Easy process but be aware that this is a Chinese manufacturing company and so expect import taxes on purchases. Pricing on the website does not reflect that but it is noted in the purchasing process.
The quality of materials is what you pay for and the stitching is reasonably good. The delivery times are app. 6 weeks.
The clothing arrives tightly packaged and requires a dry clean or a good steam iron before first use.

Customer service is proficient and helpful.

Great experience buying 2 suits on 2 occasions. Excellent service, the suits fit very well, the quality was excellent for the price. They rushed my second suit for a wedding and it arrived in plenty of time. Couldn't be more pleased.

I had always fancied getting a tweed suit but thought they were way out of my budget range so I was pleasantly surprised when I found Tweedmaker. The whole process from measuring to receiving the suit has been excellent throughout. They suggested a size based on the measurements I have but were happy to modify then based on my personal preference for a slightly longer trouser. The suit is a perfect fit and looks great. Once the lockdown is over, I am looking forward to getting to wear it. In the meantime it looks amazing hanging up in the wardrobe. Finally, communication throughout has been exceptional, beyond anything I have ever experienced before with any company. Regular updates to let me know what was going on were very much appreciated and this proactive approach is one that other companies should aim for.

My suit is wonderful! It’s fit and finish is sublime. And the quality of fabric is second to none! Dandy has become an overused term here. Thank you so much I will and have been recommending you to others
