this company is a crap shoot. some items are good some are not. if you have a problem they make you jump through hoops to get help. I bought a PlugBug Duo, the case came apart the first time I used it. When I asked for help then sent a form email.

No wonder they do not have a way to register. They want to make it hard to get help.

I will not buy here again.

I recently purchased a product from Twelve South and had it shipped internationally. The product itself is top-notch, and the shipping was relatively quick. However, I was surprised by an additional EUR 33.09 import duty fee that was not mentioned during the checkout process.

This unexpected cost has somewhat tainted my experience with Twelve South. I would have appreciated a heads-up about these fees, or even an option to prepay them at the time of purchase.

What a massive disappointment my new leather iPhone case has turned out to be, it’s probably a sign of the times? quality is certainly gone South It’s been used for 12 months now, it was bought for a special xmas present in Dec 21 , and not put into to use until Jan 22, it has not been abused just normal wear and tear, and unlike the Bookbook I had previously it has fallen to pieces, it now looks disgusting and has not fared well at all. I won’t be buying any more 12 South cases, ‘They don’t make em like they used to’, but looking at the small print reveals it’s made in China ! They do know how to make a very nice box to put it in, really is on par with Apple style too. High cost maybe related to the package?

Totally unsatisfied. The photo in the shop does not correspond to reality, the spine has a different color, the front and back are a different type of leather. Support tells me it's the same case, but they're lying. If I want to return based on fake photos, I have to pay the shipping back. I've been buying BookBook for many years, but the quality has gone down so badly, never again. Sad, in past pricision made BookBooks is now after few years transformed to cheap sh...

The M1 Pro and Max MacBooks have been out for nearly a year, and there are still no compatible inserts available in the UK, despite the Bookarc being sold in the UK.

Stay away from this site! The products are overpriced and the quality is subpar at best. I ordered a SurfacePad for my iPad mini and it didn’t even fit correctly. I tried to do a return and was told I had to pay for return shipping. This is an item listed at $69.99 and honestly prob cost less than $2 to make! The customer service is awful as well. I would recommend everyone stay away from the rip off company!

Turns out there is no phone number for twelve south, so do not buy fro them, if you have a problem you cannot speak to them.

I just arranged for a return on MacBook stand that wouldn’t be ideal for me; and the customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating and honest too. Did I say motivated? Absolutely!!
