Uncomfortable due to the lack of heating
Booked a lovely 2 bed flat in York through booking.com
It was a bitterly cold weekend and the heating was not working.
Despite publishing a phone number, the phone was never answered and no response was received to any of the numerous left messages.
Did manage to get one answer to one of the MANY emails sent which did nothing to solve the problem other than provide scant and irrelevant instructions to try and resolve the problem, which failed
As we were unable to get any response from the property host we had to hunker down and put up with the freezing cold.
I requested a full refund but, unsurprisingly, have received no response. If you book with these people wear your big coat and take a hot water bottle ...
