The bow is great and easy for my 5yo daughter. She has been asking for a bow for a while now. The first one we got was about the same price but cheap and lasted only a week. This has already been stress tested and held up LOL. She has been carrying it around every day and loves it.

Quality product, good delivery, good communication

I love supporting a small business and the product itself is creative and made well, but my little one had a hard time using this toy as it takes a lot of hand coordination to get it to work well. When I ordered the item there was no age recommendation, but when I received the box it said for 6 and up, and my little one is only 5. There was not an place on the product description online where the recommended age was clearly stated. Then, when I decided to return the item, the cost of return shipping was high because the box is big, and the company would not cover these costs. I would recommend you make sure your little one is willing to work hard at learning this toy or is naturally inclined to this kind of activity.

I ordered a bow set, extra arrows and an extra bow string. This is for a seven year old. The string was not included but when I contacted the company they we polite, apologetic and mailed the part promptly. The bow and arrows are beautifully made.

This is a great toy! My almost five-year-old loves it. We added a "shelve" to lay the arrow so he could quickly load it to shoot it. Giving my son such a nice, well-made toy feels great.

Recently placed an order and neglected to include a second item. Wanting to avoid another shipping fee I reached out to explain the issue. They were extremely helpful, offering me several alternatives to get the additional order without having to pay for an additional shipping fee. I was able to place the second order and the credited me the additional fee. Additionally, the items were shipped within 24 hrs. and at Christmas time, that's important! Very pleasant communications and outcome.
