I was in direct negotiations with Deb. A price was agreed upon and I was arranging when the most suitable collection time would be. Then, they sold it to someone else at the price I had negotiated. No real apology, just oh well bad luck, I hope that doesn't spoil your evening. Not even an offer to attempt to resolve the issue, which is a demonstration that the bottom line is $ and not customer care.
