Shady dealership

Currently going through the worst purchase struggle of my life. A few months back this dealership sold me a bad apple and knew exactly the shade they were dealing out. I’ve tried for about 3 weeks now to just have professionalism and solve the problem they created. Seems like money is the only thing this dealership is interested it. I would stay very far away. It’s a shame as this place was suppose to be “prestigious” turned out to be nothing more than low level bottom feeders.Ended up selling me a vehicle that could not pass emissions, forgot somehow to disclose accident history and worst of all the vehicle had broken down on me while my two year old daughter was in the back seat while smoke started to come in through the vents. Once the dealership was disclosed the information and events occurring all they did to be professional was lack accountability and sweep it under the rug.

Great inventory, costumer is the king!

TX Auto has amazing inventory plus a great customer service. I am a retuning costumer since 2019. I highly recommend them. The fact that they also ship the car & do all the paperwork, makes car buying a breeze!

Reached out to TX looking for an E400…

Reached out to TX looking for an E400 Mercedes with the AMG package, within weeks they found me exactly what I wanted WAY below the market price. Blue title and in mint condition. Would suggest anyone to check them out if they are looking for a great deal.

walked into a nice showroom with cars parked and friendly staff who helped me get into the car I wanted as fast as possible - shout out to Zad and the finance team for making this process as smooth as possible.

PLEASE check all one star reviews for this dealership. If your car has major issues the dealership will not resolve any issues for the purchaser. If it is true that my automobile went through your 150 point inspection, the dealership should be embarrassed! The $6565, I spent just to have the car drivable is proof of either complete incompetence or deliberate ignorance! Either way your dealership should be embarrassed on how it conducts business with customers who have major issues the the automobiles purchased at your establishment.You took advantage of this out of state buyer.

Buyer beware! I cannot express enough how much of a nightmare my experience with TX Autogroup has been. As an out-of-state buyer who purchased a car through Car Gurus app, I trusted this dealership to deliver a quality vehicle. However, from the moment I received the car, it was clear that I had made a terrible mistake.

Despite the Car Gurus app giving my 2011 Panamera an "Overpriced" warning, the dealership refused to budge on the price or even offer any assistance with shipping. It should have been a warning sign, but I foolishly trusted the salesperson's assurances that the car was in proper working order. It was anything but.

Within minutes of taking the car for a drive, I noticed major issues. The battery was faulty, the wheels were misaligned, and the tires were dry-rotted and of different brands, causing problems with the all-wheel-drive system. The oil pressure sensor was also malfunctioning, and 3 of the 4 door latches needed to be replaced. It cost me over $6,500 in repairs just to make the car functional, and I still need to spend another $2,000 on new tires to make it safe to drive.

To make matters worse, the dealership's response to my complaints was completely inadequate. They offered me a measly $1,000 settlement, which was an insult considering the amount of money and effort I had to put into the car just to make it functional. It's clear that this dealership only cares about making money and has no interest in customer satisfaction or doing right by their customers.

I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from TX Autogroup, especially if you are unable to inspect the car beforehand. They have no integrity or commitment to customer service, and they are only interested in scamming you out of your hard-earned money. Save your money and yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

We provide all customers with high quality imagery to show the customer the present condition of the pre-owned vehicle. We also allow all customers to take the vehicle for an inspection to any automotive repair shop to see if there is anything with the vehicle that may need updated (tires, battery) given the age of the car and the present mileage. We have been diligent in offering you outstanding customer service and have tried multiple ways to resolve the present issues.
