Negligent and unprofessional
One of this organisation's doctors was negligent in dealing with my father's end-of-life care. She said she would complete tasks on a required day, but failed to do so.
She went on holiday at a critical time without informing our family or delegating to a suitable stand-in. This resulted in our having to postpone my father's cremation ceremony, resulting in great distress to our family.
I attempted to lodge a complaint with Tyntesfield Medical Group who misdirected me to agencies who replied that they do not deal with complaints. Eventually, I was then directed to someone who stated she was the Tyntesfield Complaints Manager and would look into my complaint.
However, she has not replied to the information that I passed to her, so I have contacted the ombudsman.
