This Company is not providing the correct information for bayer to DPD and the delivery was made to wrong address and after when I have tray to resolve the problem they have only phone number that nobody is answering. Hopefully i will get refunded from PayPal but definitely avoid buying from here.

I ordered 4 x 13” tyres, but what arrived was 1 x 13” tyre and 3 x 14” tyres. I’ve contacted the company through the website and by email with no reply. I even tried calling the phone number on the site only to find out its a fake number. So now I have one good tyre and three that don’t fit anything I own. They also took about three weeks to come which I wouldn’t mind if they’d told me this beforehand. I don’t mind mistakes but on the basis of that they don’t respond to emails isn’t unacceptable. I will now recover the funds though my bank.

Ordered tyre on 23/5/2026, finally arrived on 16/6/2026, missing my mot date, so had to buy another locally. Internet only company so no one to speak to."No reply" system on emails. Regret not checking their negative feedback before buying.
I will NEVER use again or recommend.

Do not use this supplier if you need the tyres within a few days.
Placed order Tuesday 19th May, email received shortly after that order had been sent to their warehouse. Chased order Thursday 21st May received response that order will be shipped shortly. Friday 22nd May email received saying there has been high demand and there will be a 3 day delay. Tuesday 26th May receive email that the order is ready for shipping with an ETA of Friday 5th June.
Their website on this choice of tyre says delivery will take 2-5 working days. It has taken 5 working days to say the order is ready for shipping.
Trying to chase for order updates is difficult due to the only contact is either through email / webform or A.I chat. Phone calls are also dealt with by A.I.
The only positive is they were the cheapest available at the time.

Scam company, NOT UK BASED.

No reply to emails, very slow delivery. Thankfully I paid through paypal so got a refund through them.

I’m still waiting for 1 motorbike tyre ordered 22 days ago. They advertised one tyre as free postage then charged me for only ordering one and not a pair which would have been free. I don’t believe they hold any stock and order as and when direct from manufactures. No one will ring you back even when the chat bot says they will. I’m now waiting for a refund. I’ll update you when I have it……

I made a big mistake ordering my tyres from this company their web site is .co.uk but are based in Germany I did not know that.
Still waiting for delivery 2 weeks from ordering no idea when they will arrive or if they will arrive.
No customer service impossible to contact them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! They have a “co.uk” address but they are based in Germany. I ordered 4 new tyres… only 3 have arrived. They are completely unresponsive to emails. The phone number is some pathetic AI voice that goes silent when I read my order number. I’m stuck with 3 useless tyres and massively out of pocket, and unable to speak to anyone to get my order completed or a refund so I can buy elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Still waiting on tyres almost 4 weeks later, said they take 7/ 10 days, disgraceful service, no email replies, no updates, tracking incorrect per DPD, incomplete info to DPD, tel number incorrect, they take the money from you and do not keep you informed or even supply the items purchased......DO NOT, I REPEAT,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,go elsewhere

Tyres are very slow to arrive as they do not hold UK stock of tyres. Their fitting partners don't even know who they are and will not honour any discount when shown the order invoice as tyre outlet suggests. Even worse, one of their partners that I had the tyres delivered to will not guarantee anything to do with the fitting as they see the order as customer providing own tyres despite being shipped directly to them by their 'partner'. Joke of a company highlighted very well by the partner

Do not use if you need tyres quickly or freshly manufactured. The delivery took 11 days and the tyres had a DoT of more than 5 years ago. Delticom are the company behind Tyres-outlet UK. Their complaints system via the Tyers-outlet web site fails after one return email due to system size limits which they hide behind. I will never use a Delticom company again. Do not use these charlatans.

Ordered 1 tyre 3 weeks ago
Been waiting for delivery no correspondence from them ,then today just got a cancelled ordered email no explanation not even an apology .now got 10 days to find a tyre .so poor
Won’t ever be using them again .let’s hope my refund is in my bank

3 days after I placed my order I received an email saying delivery was delayed by 3 days. 6 days after that I received a flurry of 5 emails cancelling my original order and creating a new duplicate order with no explanation.

The phone number 0376888717 listed on the contact webpage linked to from their emails does not work.

The phone number I found through Google (0808 1891233) leads to an AI chatbot that could not help and could not connect me with a person.

The website chatbot could not help and could not put me through to a person.

I've therefore sent an email to cancel all orders linked to me and have placed the order with another company.

Ordered 2 tyres on 10th September, not delivered by 23rd September so cancelled the order, got cancellation confirmation through but still waiting for refund 3/10/25

Ordered two tyres from website and all seemed well, email confirmation and expected delivery date. After this is where it all goes horribly wrong. Ordered 05/08/2025. One tyre turned up days after said delivery date. Now 19/08/3025 and no second tyre. Car booked in for m.o.t and failed due to tyres. Had to order two more tyres from another company. Worst service I have known.

Hold in a queue for 7 minutes.

Wanted to order £1,000 worth of tyres

5 days since order and receive ab email today saying its been delayed. Just read the reveiws on this company and wish I never ordered from them. Should have stuck to camskills or tyre leader

Paid for motorbike tyres no confirmation email recieved no tracking information either, only correspondence you get is estimates and then the day of its estimated arrival you recieve an email saying it was lost in transit.

Absolute joke of a company they dont answer phones and dont answer emails steer clear to avoud disappointment!

If you want to take a risk and pay for something that won't be delivered, I recommend paying via PayPal. It's easier to get your money back, never again will I try to buy from this company. I don't recommend it.
