Brett managed to sell my Penthouse apartment in Stratford-upon-Avon for the asking price where 2 previous real estate agents had failed. Tyron Ash provide a unique approach to selling bespoke and unique properties and have a national reach rather than just focusing on local buyers. In addition throughout a tricky sales process with a long chain Brett managed the the process to completion where it could easily have fallen apart without his tenacious and pro-active approach. I cannot comment on Tyron Ash Real Estate as a business as I only dealt with our local agent: Tristan Burgess-Ovenden. Tristan explained the unique and refreshing marketing methodology used by Tyron Ash and, as they say, 'we were sold'. We agreed to the planned open day, but due to Tristan's proactive approach he had already identified a prospective buyer before the arranged photoshoot. Tristan negotiated a sale and we agreed on the price offered 5 days before we actually went on the market. 78 days later we completed. This was no smooth and easy ride, however - there were many complications and frustrations along the way, all caused by the buyers. Tristan managed the whole process, and resolved all the difficultes with admirable professionalism throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tyron Ash as a Realtor, and if you're lucky enough to work with Tristan you won't be disappointed.
