I was stressed for the past 3 weeks cause my sewing machine was not working properly. So i decided to bring it back to the shop . Gurpreet is the person incharge for fixing it. He is an excellent staff of Tysew. He solved the problem right away. Highly recommended!

What a lovely shop, so many sewing machines to choose from. I bought the bernette b35. After watching a few utube videos I was finally up and running. There are so many sewing items for sale in the accessories section, I will very likely be back to see Gurbet who was very helpful with in the near future

Setting up a brand new tailoring and alteration shop so after searching and contacting my old supplier, decided to purchase my machinery’s from tysew Ltd perfect decision. First of all I met Gurpreet a lovely man he showed me around tried different machines and with he’s help decided to pick the right ones. Than I met Raj needed her help for the embroidery machine as I wasn’t familiar with this particular model she demonstrated fully covered all the point beautifully. Going to the payment part Jalpa sorted it all out dealt with the invoice had a reasonable discount on all the items I purchased so I’m very happy and great full. Can’t recommend them enough lovely people. Thanks to u all guys

You only really know how good customer service is when things go wrong. My new Janome 5060 sewing machine was delivered promptly, but when I set it up it would not do all the decorative stitches. When I contacted Raj at Tysew she was completely reassuring that the problem would be solved. And it was - within 48 hours the faulty machine was collected and a new one delivered, perfect customer service! You can buy with confidence from Tysew, and I would certainly do so again.

I make a lot of my own clothes, and this was my reason for buying. I love the level of precision possible when using steam with this iron and the fact that it doesn’t hiss and spit and deposit dirty water like a normal domestic iron always seems to.
The iron itself is weighty enough but not too heavy to hold when ironing, with a really comfortable handle.
It also looks beautiful.
The tank capacity is great - can iron for hours without having to top up the tank.
The whole thing is quite big though probably not much bigger than a domestic steam generator iron - I keep it on a trolley which simplifies the whole process.
Thanks so much to Tysew - the Model I ordered wasn’t available, so they very generously upgraded to the next model.

Gurpreet, was so great during this visit. I called the shop few times since last week about buying a Juki sewing machine. I remembered the name company from 2019 when I first had my industrial machine shipped to the Republic of Ireland the service was good. Today, meeting Gurpreet was excellent he walked through all my requests and advised me the best machine to suit my needs. I surely recommend him and the crew. I am coming back very soon for my industrial overlocking machine. They also reassured to fix my old machines. So, hurry here and visit the shop in person. Hanette

The company is excellent ...customer service exceptional . I was unsure what sewing machine I needed but the Paul was so helpful and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction . Joe was so helpful in showing me the workings of the machine ie ..tensions , threading , needle sizes threads etc ...all in all fabulous service. All accessories reasonably price too ...would certainly recommend

The process of ordering was simple on the Website, and comparing machines to agree on the selection was also helpful. Order placed, great! Next day I had a call from Raj who was extremely apologetic and advised the machine I ordered was no longer available, however she was prepared to deliver the next model up which was more expensive but advised was prepared to discounted the price. I paid the extra over the phone and next day the sewing machine arrived. It came as advertised with loads of extras, and a few things were missing, when I advised Tysew of the missing items, Raj responded almost immediately, apologising for the inconvenience and to advise the missing items were being shipped first class post. Not everything goes to plan and mistakes can be made. It happens! where Tysew score most highly, especially Raj is through the professional, helpful and understanding service, taking great effort to make correct and ensure customer satisfaction. Totally recommend Tysew and very happy I purchased through them, and would again without hesitation.

Great service and product needed replacement mode. As my old clutch motor had died after many years of service. I was a bit happrehensive about the modern replacement that received it this morning. but simple to install, even set up. Thanks again for helping.

I brought my Janomi sewing machine + the original hard plastic cover to Tysew in Iver for a service. The owner Mr Paul served me when I came to pick them up. No cover. He went to look for it, but couldn't find it. The employee who served when I brought it in, had put in the shop's Notebook that the cover wasn't brougt in... Called a few times, cover not found. Sent an email. After 4 weeks still no reply. ADVICE: 1. Take photographs of every item you leave behind at Tysew. 2. Check what they write in the Notebook. 3. Be on the alert when you call them!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding. They truly went above and beyond, making sure I felt completely confident using the machine by providing setup videos and promptly answering all of my questions. I’ve since recommended both the company and the machine to a friend, who is just as delighted. A definite 10/10 experience!

GUrpreet gave an excellent demo on how to use the machine I was interested in and even found me some advice on the right machine.
