No support, took my money and that's it?!
I had the same as the previous person. Although I have to admit, I made a mistake myself. By accident I bought the wrong course (essentials of static pole, instead of essentials of spin pole). I have tried to get in contact with them almost immediately, bit they didn't answer. Thought it would be my fault, maybe sending it to the wrong email, so tried sending it to another email of them. But still no response. Complete silence. And I didn't even want my money back, just wanted to switch to the right course. After the lack of contact I started to get worried and found some bad stories about them on Reddit. I don't know if they are correct, but at least I can tell for sure that they are very, very hard to come into contact with. No support at all, so €100 lost? I am getting the feeling of being scammed too, unfortunately.
