Absolute scammers
Charge you upfront for a visa application. Once it’s an approved demand you pay their travel insurance which is way over priced. It’s total lies you don’t have to have their insurance only one from UAE approved underwriter.
I know this because I used a different agency in November and that’s how it was done!

Scam company:
Asked for a Business Visa, gave us a Tourism visa.
Wouldn't send Visa unless you buy 'compulsory' insurance. Insurance document was fake.
Seriously unprofessional and put our company at risk.

It’s an unprofessional company charge you premium for normal service. And the customer service is rude and unprofessional kindly avoid using this company. They make fake claims on their website for 4-6 hours visa mine got delayed over 36 hours and they shamelessly ignore your calls

Wish I saw reviews before I paid $580 something for these people to not respond or process visa according to the expedited timeline I paid for, and also get a good old razor pay link from them to extract more money instead of the official uae visa deposit portal or at least a ICP/GDRFA reference number. In any case, it’s a shady business practice. Karma is coming if it’s already not there.

P.S. this website was recommended to me by an AI tool that many use nowadays, and I didn’t think to find reviews and verify it further myself and apparently, I should have, and you should too. Good luck. I’m out $600 with nothing for it.

We applied for a Dubai visa through this website and paid a deposit. Our visa was rejected in September, and since then the company has refused to return the remaining deposit, despite repeated emails and follow-ups.

We were told there were “technical issues,” but even after more than five months, there has been no solution, no refund, and no clear communication. Once payment was made, customer service became unresponsive and unhelpful.

Use official UAE government websites directly do not use agents like this one.

Our visa was denied, and I was clearly told that the $850 deposit was refundable. After the denial, they refused to refund my money.
What’s worse, the office address listed on their website is fake. We personally went to the address in Dubai, and there was no visa agency office at all it was a residential building.
This agency takes people’s money with false promises and misleading information. Their communication stops once they have your payment.
This is daylight robbery. I strongly warn others to stay away from this agency.

This company is a fraud based outside the uae the address they have on the website does not exist I went and checked personal it’s an apartment building and they never heard of them my main issue was the security deposit they refused to refund to me the visa was rejected but the payment is non refundable I understand that but why is my security deposit not fully refunded they claim to make deductions for tourism fees I’m not a tourist I didn’t get a visa what are u talking abt

The response provided does not address the factual issues raised.

For clarity, UAE tourist visas are not legally withheld pending the purchase of travel insurance from a visa agency. If travel insurance were genuinely mandatory in my case, this requirement should have been clearly disclosed before payment, not imposed after visa approval as a condition for releasing the visa.

The “travel insurance” document issued to me remains non-verifiable:

No valid insurer confirmation
No searchable policy number
A QR code that redirects to a non-functional page

These are verifiable facts, not assumptions or accusations.
The company’s reply also fails to explain:
why a non-verifiable insurance document was issued,
why additional payment was required after visa approval, and
why no refund was offered once the issue was raised.

This review is based on my direct experience and documented evidence.
I stand by my statements and am sharing this publicly in the interest of transparency and consumer awareness.

Their terms are unclear and the rep I got was unempathetic and uninterested in helping me. They tell you it’s $130 then it becomes $150 with no explanation. After making the application, providing they documents they requested, more than 24 hours later I was asked for more documents and required to pay an ADDITIONAL $300 to get my visa on time. There are many other cheaper and more reasonable options out there. You are off to a good start if you are here before you choose a provider. Good luck.

this website is a total fraud, dont deal with them, overpriced then they will not send you the visa until you pay them a fake insuarance, they over charge you and take advantage of your needs for visa. DONT DEAL WITH THEM

This agency is one of the WORST and MOST DISHONEST companies I have ever dealt with.
They charged me an outrageously high amount for the visa — WAY more than the real price — and after paying, they REFUSED to release my visa unless I bought their “mandatory travel insurance.”

That “insurance” is COMPLETELY FAKE.
It cannot be verified on any official platform, the QR code leads to a useless page, and there is no record whatsoever with the insurer.
This is pure FRAUD and EXTORTION.

Their so-called “Dubai office” does NOT exist.
This entire operation is run from a call center in India, pretending to be a UAE-based agency.
They lie about everything — their office, their services, their documents, and their fees.

When I questioned them, they kept repeating the same scripted line:
“Don’t worry ma’am, no issue at the airport.”
This is exactly what scammers say when they know they got your money.

After reading all the other reviews, I realized this is their pattern:

Force fake insurance
Delay or withhold visas
Zero accountability
No refunds
Fake contact numbers
Manipulate people into writing “good reviews”

They prey on people who simply want to travel safely.
They know exactly what they’re doing — and they have done it to MANY people before me.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They stole my money, lied to me, and sent me a fake insurance document.

I contacted UAE VISA online yesterday for my eVISA and I never experienced such a great online service.
Next month I go visit Dubai again and for sure I will contact them again for doing all the paperwork for me.

Third time getting visas through their service. Reliable provider!

Be very careful with this company. They claim to be based in Business Bay, Dubai and to be a licensed UAE visa service, but their payments are processed in India (via Razorpay) and their main WhatsApp number begins with +91 (India). They operate outside UAE regulations and are not under any UAE authority supervision.

They first told me that the required deposit was 3,000 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), but when they sent the payment link, they actually charged 3,000 USD instead. After payment, they said the full amount would be refunded after submitting exit documentation. I submitted all required exit documents exactly as they requested (boarding pass, exit stamp, immigration proof), and they confirmed they received everything.

However, they only refunded USD 1,000 and are still withholding USD 2,000. They acknowledged in writing that they owe me this amount, but they stopped responding and have not completed the refund despite several follow-up emails.

I have now filed an e-crime complaint with Dubai Police regarding this matter. I am posting this review to warn others and to ensure more people do not face the same situation.

If the company eventually returns the remaining amount, I will update this review. Until now, they have not refunded USD 2,000.

You will not get a visa nor your refund. Try a different agent

They have website in the name if UAE Visa Online.
They advertise visa processing 1-2 days for 7 days visa. This is fraud advertising. On 6th Sep I applied tourist visa for my partner and after 8 days this company didn’t even filed the visa to UAE immigration. Which made me angry and i mentioned when i will visit Dubai i will visit their office from were they are operating this fraud selling and video record everything and put it on social media. In return they threatened me that they will blacklist my partners passport. On 15 Sep, they said they have filed the visa and gave me the PDF application form which doesn’t say anywhere that the application is submitted to immigration. On 16th Sep, less then 24 hours they said the immigration has rejected the visa, now how is this possible that in less then 24 hours immigration gave decision. When i asked for a copy of rejection email, they completely stopped reply to me. And continue to threaten me that they have reported the passport to immigration for blacklist.
To me this is a pure example of fraud agent offering Dubai visa Service.

The service was prompt. To speed up the visa processing, they interacted through an email and used WhatsApp. The staff was so polite and avaialble to answer the quieries anytime.
For future too, I will use their service.
